The mood of house was excelent. We noticed the taste of owner , particularly of Barbara; profesional painter almost ! We meet very, very friendly small dog Nana, who liked us and we liked her.

The first access road to the gate is very very bumpy and should be improved

Being a bit more clear that scanning and emailing documents is fine instead of faxing, where appropriate.

Do you have any suggestions to improve the property?
Being more clear on the website how steep the approach road is might be useful to some. It came as a surprise (but not a problem) to us and if we'd hired a Ferrari instead of a Fiat we would have been stuck!

Aggiungere scuri alle finestre Fare funzionare il ventilatore a pala nella camera da letto principale. Qualche luce in più all'esterno per permanenze notturne sotto il pergolato.

La grande cortesia dei Proprietari Barbara e Fulvio Capaccioli e la loro assoluta disponibilità. La garanzia di una privacy totale. La quiete priva di disturbi di ogni genere. La vicinanza a negozi, ristoranti, farmacie ed a uno studio medico. La presenza di molte comodità all'interno dell'abitazione
