The directly accessible pergola offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and pleasant meal outdoors. There is also a small relaxing area provided with Turkish Bath and comfortable loungers where you’ll be able to relax and enjoy pleasant moments for your body and soul. The location of this villa is certainly amongst the most famous in Italy, renown for the natural, cultural and historical beauty of typical Tuscan towns such as Chianti, Siena, Firenze, Lucca and Pisa. Please Note: when the property is rented in this solution no other guests will be present on site.

Interior:

The villa is divided on two floors. On one wing of the property on the ground floor there is a loft (with no heating) divided into open space kitchen, dining room, living room. On the same floor, there is a small relaxing area (with no heating) provided with Turkish Bath and shower, guest bathroom and comfortable loungers where you’ll be able to relax and enjoy pleasant moments for your body and soul. The first floor is accessible via an internal stone (pietra serena) staircase, divided into two separate wings. One wing is made up of living room with dining area, a large fireplace and kitchen, to complete this wing are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with tub and laundry room. The other wing is made up of a reading room and two double bedrooms (with dividable beds) with shared bathroom with bath tub. ANNEX: To complete the first floor, but only accessible via an external staircase a double bedroom (with no heating) with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The garden measures about 3000 square meters. Which is surrounding the villa has splendid views of Florence and the hillsides of Chianti. The garden has been carefully cultivated with olives, fruit trees, and Holm oaks and enriched with Rosemary, and pergola’s covered in vines, wisteria and roses with dining and seating spaces. Just few meters away is a brick-in barbecue. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last saturday in April to the first saturday in October, the rectangular shape pool measures 6 x 12 m with a variable depth that goes from 1,50 to 1,80 m. The pool is fenced. The area surrounding the pool is equipped with gazebo, sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas.

Tavarnelle, located on the green Chianti hills halfway between Firenze and Siena, has always been strongly influenced by their art and culture. It has preserved, throughout the centuries, all its natural beauty The austere nobilty of its castles and medieval boroughs, the artistic treasures kept in its churches, make Tavarnelle Val di Pesa the ideal place for an unforgettable stay. Tavarnelle's territory can be splitted into "excursions" and under this aspect the view changes at each different angle and gazes on new valleys or another row of hillocks, discovering rural settlements with villas and castles, old farmhouses, churches, convents or chapels, all surrounded by unmistakable, suave and austere nature and scenery, amid vineyards, olive groves and cypresses. The nearness with 2 of the most beautiful Tuscany cities, and especially with Firenze from which is only 30 km away and well linked both buy public bus or by the motorway A1 makes this a good starting point for tour all around and visit the Chianti one of the most beautiful areas of this region. Perfect, very friendly and supportive ... especially for the checkin as we arrived late and we were able to receive (it was bought for us) all necessary food and drinks for the first evening. As well checkout worked well and was well adapted to our wishes, this was very kind.

Yes, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was a perfect old Italian villa with great views! The beds were very comfortable. The weather did not cooperate so we did not get to use the outdoor furniture as much as we would like and they only put the cushions out once for us do to the rain.

The ladies who met us were so sweet and helpful in explaining how things worked in the house. When we had a problem with the internet they came by quickly to help. The check out went great too.

We should have used you to make some dinner reservation’s..we did not realize that everything in town was booked up on the weekend and we didn’t speak Italian to call them. But we made great dinners at the house instead!

We wanted the traditional italian experience and not a modern unit. however, that isnt the reason we booked with Emma Villas...we were told by one person to consider you and then also thorugh some google searches, your property came up. we also did look at Airbnb but EV being local certainly helped. i think another thing would be giving some guidnace on the area where the villas are. we had no idea if Tavernelle is a great, good or super remote location. The location of the villa was perfect and provided a convenient home base for the trip. The glorious views and property grounds did not disappoint; morning and night another breathtaking scene. We so enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the views. The serenity and privacy of the villa allowed for ease of relaxing and truly experiencing the location.

Patient and knowledgeable, and certainly supportive of the many inquiries to be certain the Villa was the right fit for our trip. We loved the large bedrooms and beds along with the bathrooms, the grounds(pool area and outside table/chairs), the sitting rooms and the kitchen/dining area...we simply loved Casabianca 10!!!

More ice cube trays in the freezers. Window screens need to be replaced or repaired. While the kitchen was nicely equipped, we missed having a pair of tongs for the BBQ. One big stove with a large oven would be better than the two small stoves. A vegetable garden in summer would be a nice touch.

The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are protected in the case of eventual damage to the property caused accidentally during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1500 euro);
