Our week spent at Villa Valluccia was wonderful. The villa was well appointed, the grounds were beautiful and the view from the pool was gorgeous. We found this villa to be located perfectly in the heart of The Chianti region of Tuscanny for fabulous day trips.

Abiliity to have the pool heated. If the pool could be heated we would rent this property in spring or autumn. Also it would good to have a chest of drawers in the master bedroom (rather than the small table). This would provide better storage (but a small point)

Ability to turn off the outside lights which shone into all 3 bedrooms at night. Some basic items like sale and pepe. Instructions on locations to dump all your rubbish in neighbouring Tavarnelle only. 10 mins drive away.

Possibly less emails as some were duplicate, but otherwise very comprehensive and clear. More accurate description that this property has one bedroom with ensuite only and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them.

What are the aspects of the property that you appreciated the most?
The serenity & magnificent view and pool. Friendly welcome by the owners. Gracie mille!! The wood fired oven. Closeness of San Donato in Loggia..... Lovely village and people with great ristoranti.

I cannot say enough good things about Emma Villas and Francesca Loddo. She followed up on every detail and email. When we had to modify our plans in Rome due to heart attack of one traveling companions she was able to book us into Borgo Corte Freda which became the highlight of our trip. It had the most wonderful stay including a spectacular 40th Anniversary dinner in the wine room, his and her massages pool side under the Tuscan sun and cooking lessons with Chef Alex for my wife. She should be commended for her efforts and I am referring all freinds and relatives to Emma Villas for their travel needs. Thanks to Francesca and Emma Villas for making our trip and accomodations one of the most fantastic in our 40 years of marriage.

What are the aspects of the property that you appreciated the most?
location overlooking the countryside, access to highways and other cities for touring, muti-level layout was enjoyable as seperated sleeping quarters from main living areas and property had all needed appliances and acessories except clothes dryer but had outside line for drying. Very enjoyable property with infinity pool at upper level and seperate bath/ showers adjacent to pool area.

Do you have any suggestions to improve the property?
Property need better internet access as often not available due to signal in area and additional TV chanles/ sim card which would aloow for some English language TV and prehaps on-line movie rentals.

Better directions on getting to Valluccia 6. Directions were good but we still made wrong turns, the first time.

Centrally located to many towns--Florence, Siena, Cortola, Greve, Chianti, even Pisa. The views were fantastic from the property. The brochures/maps on places to visit. The Book that stated the amentities in the home was very thorough

Measuring spoons or cups in order to have a way to measure ingredients when cooking. Should state that the dryer is the clothesline. Plastic cups would be nice to take drinks to the pool. Pool area very nice, particulary the views.

beautiful location, quality of the house, nice pool, good standard of living in the house, very helpful staff

furniture (sun beds en chairs) on the pool deck is a bit 'light' and not of the quality of the rest of the house - the sun umbrella's can't be opened when it is a bit windy because it it too light in weight (it will blow away).
