Thanks also to the proximity to tourist attractions such as Perugia, Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno, this residence, located just outside Todi, is the perfect place for guests to take full advantage of the culture, art and excellent food and wine that this area offers. Many of the most beautiful examples of our artistic heritage are within easy reach, given the ease with which guests can get to cities of undeniable cultural interest such as Rome and Florence. Please Note: when the property is rented in this solution no other guests will be present on site.

HOSTAL DE TODI HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

The entrance to the two-storey property leads into a large hallway with a wooden staircase going up to the first floor. To the left of the hallway is the large kitchen communicating with the dining room with a large wooden table seating twelve. The dining room leads on to the large and comfortable living room with billiard table and French windows giving access to the outside. The living area is provided with a toilet. To the right of the hallway is a store-room communicating with the laundry room. On the first floor, to the right of the stairs, is a hallway leading to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and to two twin bedrooms, each served by a separate bathroom with shower. To the left is a sitting room with satellite TV and working fireplace. The first floor living room communicates with a hallway leading to a double bedroom, served by a bathroom with tub.

Park:

The 1.5 hectare park includes a beautiful olive grove, located right next to the house, and 5000 square metres of well tended garden. The garden can be reached through the dining room which leads out into a large portico equipped with table, chairs, sofas and armchairs where guests can take their meals whilst enjoying the magnificent view. The park is ideal for relaxing, immersed in the peace and harmony of nature. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool, located about 10 m from the front of the house, and on the same level, has a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. It is reached from the patio and is visible from both the dining room and the kitchen. Rectangular in shape, it measures 6 x 12 m, with a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2 m; it is lined in PVC, has chlorine purification and access to the water is by ladder. There is lighting both inside the pool and in the surrounding area which is equipped with deckchairs and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

The house, located in Vasciano, is just 10 minutes from Todi and 50 minutes from Perugia. Its favourable geographic location makes it possible to visit many places of cultural and artistic interest, in both Umbria and Tuscany. Easy road and rail connections, with the stations of Ponterio, 13 km away, and Orvieto, 42 km away, allow you to reach both Rome and Florence in just a couple of hours. Also close by are small towns rich in history and charm like Cortona and Montepulciano. Guests can also go on nature trails, thanks to the proximity to the Parco Fluviale del Tevere (Tiber River Park), just an hour's drive away.
