Le Fontanelle consists of three buildings: the main villa and two annexes. MAIN VILLA: The villa has two floors. The main entrance, located on the ground floor, opens directly onto the internal staircase connecting the two floors. From the entrance, 4 steps lead down to the kitchen and dining room. On the same floor, but with external independent entrance, is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The ground floor is completed by a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, also these with external independent access. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with divisible bed and e-nsuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom served by a bathroom with shower. ANNEX 1: The first annex, located about 5 m from the main house, has one floor composed of an eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. ANNEX 2: The second annex, about 15 m from the main house, has one floor consisting of a kitchenette, a double bedroom with divisible bed and a bathroom with shower.
The property covers an area of 15,000 square metres with a wonderful pool, a children's play area and a parking area. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with various types of Mediterranean plants and shrubs providing many areas of natural shade for relaxing outdoors. A large outdoor area at the main entrance to the house allows guests to dine surrounded by the tranquillity of nature. The area in front of the house is characterized by a large private parking area. A harmonious combination of many elements.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
The pool is just a few metres from the house, on a slightly higher level, and is open to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. It is the crowning glory of the property because of its size and beauty. Heated with solar panels, it measures 20 x 8 m with the depth varying from 80 to 140 cm and includes a whirlpool area and a children's area. It has chlorine purification, PVC lining and internal lights with an aluminium ladder and Roman steps for access to the water. The pool area is provided with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas and two guest bathrooms.
