Interior:

Le Fontanelle consists of three buildings: the main villa and two annexes. MAIN VILLA: The villa has two floors. The main entrance, located on the ground floor, opens directly onto the internal staircase connecting the two floors. From the entrance, 4 steps lead down to the kitchen and dining room. On the same floor, but with external independent entrance, is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The ground floor is completed by a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, also these with external independent access. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with divisible bed and e-nsuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom served by a bathroom with shower. ANNEX 1: The first annex, located about 5 m from the main house, has one floor composed of an eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. ANNEX 2: The second annex, about 15 m from the main house, has one floor consisting of a kitchenette, a double bedroom with divisible bed and a bathroom with shower.

Park:

The property covers an area of 15,000 square metres with a wonderful pool, a children's play area and a parking area. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with various types of Mediterranean plants and shrubs providing many areas of natural shade for relaxing outdoors. A large outdoor area at the main entrance to the house allows guests to dine surrounded by the tranquillity of nature. The area in front of the house is characterized by a large private parking area. A harmonious combination of many elements. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is just a few metres from the house, on a slightly higher level, and is open to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. It is the crowning glory of the property because of its size and beauty. Heated with solar panels, it measures 20 x 8 m with the depth varying from 80 to 140 cm and includes a whirlpool area and a children's area. It has chlorine purification, PVC lining and internal lights with an aluminium ladder and Roman steps for access to the water. The pool area is provided with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas and two guest bathrooms.

The property is situated near the characteristic little town of Sant'Ippolito (in the province of Pesaro Urbino), 1 km away and where you can find all the main shops. Sant'Ippolito is called the Paese degli Scalpellini (Town of the Stonecutters) as it is famous for its many stone sculptors. Every summer the event “Scolpire in Piazza” (Sculpting in Piazza) takes place. Just a few minutes away by car is Fossombrone, an ancient town of Roman origin in the Metauro valley. A sought-after destination for food and wine, in recent years it has made significant progress in the variety and originality of the typical products of this land, esteemed by connoisseurs from around the world. The strategic location of the villa allows you to quickly reach the coast and various locations of natural and cultural interest.

La struttura è molto confortevole, ben tenuta e curata nei dettagli, stesso discorso per il bellissimo parco e per la grandissima piscina. La villa è immersa nella pace e tranquillità della campagna ma a soli 20 minuti di auto dalla costa e dalla movimentata Fano. Voglio sottolineare la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, sempre pronti a dare consigli su cosa visitare o dove andare ma senza essere assolutamente invadenti. Decisamente non saprei che miglioramenti consigliare!

WEEKLY RENTALS:
The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

SHORT STAYS and NON-WEEKLY STAYS:
For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

WEEKLY RENTALS NON SAT - SAT STAYS:
Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.

The booking requests for one week stay during July and August are subject to approval.

STAY CANCELLATION GUARANTEE DUE TO LOCKDOWN - by Emma Villas (Included in the price) The final price of the reservation includes also the special coverage, guaranteed by Emma Villas, in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of at least one of the following Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the competent authorities:
  • national lockdown in Italy;
  • local lockdown in Italy regarding the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation);
  • national lockdown in your country of residence;
  • Italian local lockdown in the Client's Municipality or area of residence..

"EMMA", OUR NEW APP FOR SMART SERVICE Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties will be supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
  • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
  • the purchase of additional services, hospitality (extra cleaning, in-house chef, first grocery shopping, etc.) and experiences (food and wine tours, guided tours, etc.)
