The luxuriant garden, enclosed by a hedge, is surrounded by olive trees, Mediterranean vegetation, palm trees and natural rocks with succulent plants; under the large portico is a wonderful dining area. A few metres away is the stupendous, irregular-shaped infinity pool which offers its guests a splendid view of the sea. Villa Eleonora, built in 2006, is located in a very quiet residential area and, thanks to its large garden, complete privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. In this paradisiacal place the main attractions are certainly its fantastic beaches such as Lu Impostu, 850 m away on foot, La Cinta, 6 km away and Cala Brandinchi, 4 km away. The location of the property allows you to easily reach San Teodoro which is 8 km away (with all kinds of shops and restaurants). N.B. Villa Eleonora, being part of the I Giardini di L’Aldia consortium, allows guests free entry to the reserved beach, just 850 meters away on foot. The magnetic card for the entrance will be delivered upon arrival at the villa.

Interior:
The property is divided into three adjoining units; each bedroom has direct outside exit through sliding glass doors and do not communicate with each other internally. UNIT 1. The ground floor entrance leads into the open-plan living room with sofas, satellite TV, fireplace (ornamental) and dining area. This big room is surrounded by large windows facing the portico for outdoor dining. Communicating with the living room is the well-equipped kitchen. UNIT 2. The entrance on the ground floor leads to a double bedroom (master bedroom) with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. UNIT 3. Located a few metres away, it has two floors. The ground floor consists of two parts: in the first is a twin bedrooms (with beds 1,20 m wide) with en-suite bathroom with shower while in the other is an area with two single beds, adjoining the laundry room with shower box and guest bathroom. The first floor of this third unit is reached via two external flights of stairs. On one side is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and on the other a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; both have a portico with well-equipped living areas. The whole structure, except for the area adjoining the laundry, is equipped with air conditioning.
Park:
Villa Eleonora is located in a residential area surrounded by a well-kept garden of about 3000 sq m, most of which is planted with a mainly flat plush lawn. Surrounding the lawn are olive and palm trees, the typical vegetation of Mediterranean scrub, evergreen bushes and succulent plants that blend perfectly among the rocks with stupendous coloured flowers. The beautiful spacious fully-equipped portico, located just outside the living room windows, with tables, chairs and cosy soft sofas, offers you moments of relaxation and tranquillity with an amazing view over the emerald sea. In the evening, external lights in various strategic places render the garden even more fascinating, both around the pool and in the rest of the property, in short, the ideal place to dine together while admiring the enchanting sunsets. Outside the pedestrian gate is a covered 2-car parking area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The magnificent infinity pool is located just 5 m from the portico on a natural scenic terrace with a breathtaking view over the sea in front. The irregular-shaped pool, measuring approximately 66 sq m with a varying depth of 1 to 2 m, is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification, internal lighting and 3 submerged steps for access to the water. The solarium area, with sunbeds, tables, deck chairs and hammock, is paved on one side in yellow San Giacomo granite (40 sq m) while the rest is green lawn and is equipped with lighting and a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
