RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE (CIR CODE: 19081001C220975) In the vicinity of Castellammare del Golfo, a delightful borgo steeped in history and culture overlooking the Gulf of Trapani, and the renowned town of Scopello which, with its charming borgo and its sea stacks dominating the view of the sea, offers wonderful panoramas, stands Villa Donald, the ideal destination for those who wish to combine a seaside holiday, being just a few steps from the beach, with the relaxation guaranteed by a villa with exclusive swimming pool and park. With a modern layout, the villa is part of a newly-built semi-detached structure, within a residential context and just 200 m from the beach (both free and with facilities). It has an independent entrance and park, set in a quiet area but easily accessible from the main road. The structure, with its essential and functional furnishings, modern bathrooms and large living room that extends onto the furnished veranda, was designed to make the most of the wonderful sea view. The bedrooms, the swimming pool and the park at the exit of the living room offer alluring panoramic views, appreciated both during the day and at dusk. Please note: the villa borders the owner's house on one side but enjoys privacy and isolation.

Interior:

The villa has two floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the open-plan living room with fully-equipped kitchen with peninsula, dining and sitting area: the area is connected to the external veranda, overlooking the sea, via a large French window. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. An internal staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor consisting of a double bedroom with large terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool, two single bedrooms (one with balcony) with queen size beds and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned and have underfloor heating for the winter.

Park:

The exterior of the villa is defined by a park with a modern design of minimalist inspiration, with the typical plants of Mediterranean scrub and flower beds, arranged between a lawn area and stone and teak-paved areas around the swimming pool. On the panoramic veranda, at the exit of the living room French window, is a dining table and a sitting area while at the back of the villa is a barbecue area, with new generation electric hotplates (in stainless steel), covered by a remote-controlled pergotenda. The fenced property is equipped with two vehicle access gates (as well as a pedestrian gate) and a parking area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The panoramic swimming pool lies in the centre of the garden, in front of the veranda and the furnished living areas at the exit of the villa. Rectangular and equipped with a ladder for access to the water, the pool measures 7 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1,30 m. Lined in PVC with the border paved in teak, the surrounding sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas, as well as a hot and cold-water shower. The area can also be used in the evening, thanks to internal spotlights and external lighting. The pool has chlorine purification and is open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October.

Alcamo Marina is located in a strategic position for those wishing to visit the provinces of Trapani and Palermo, with Alcamo, famous for the production of DOC wine, Castellammare Del Golfo, overlooking the Gulf of Trapani and rich in history and culture, Scopello and the splendid Riserva Dello Zingaro with all its magnificent coves (Tonnara and Faraglioni), Segesta with its splendid temple and relaxing thermal waters, San Vito Lo Capo, Selinunte with the Archaeological Park, the splendid borgo of Erice which rises above Trapani and looks out over the splendid Egadi Islands (Marettimo, Favignana and Levanzo), Marsala with the Saltpans, and the island of Mozia, also known for its kitesurfing schools. A few minutes away is Terrasini, Isola Delle Femmine, beautiful Monreale that rises above Palermo, Monte Pellegrino and, obviously, Palermo, the regional capital, and, finally, the Arab-Norman town of Cefalù.
