Another feature is the outdoor kitchen that offers every kind of comfort, where you can prepare and enjoy magnificent lunches or dinners together with friends at the poolside. Interior:

The villa has three levels. From the main entrance on the ground floor there is the large living room with TV area, ornamental fireplace and the dining area which leads to the kitchen. Continuing we find a guest bathroom and a double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with emotional shower. A wide staircase leads to the first floor where the main sleeping area of ​​the villa is located, consisting of 2 double bedrooms (one with walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with shower and access to the private terrace) and a twin bedroom with joinable beds. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub. The same staircase leads to the basement where we find the splendid wellness area, consisting of a sauna, an irregularly shaped heated swimming pool of approximately 25 m2 with a depth of 1 m, purified with salt, stepped entrance, hydromassage, waterfall jets. In the wellness area there is also a hydromassage shower. Use of the SPA must be requested with 2 days' notice. The basement is complete with a service bathroom with laundry corner.. The use of the SPA is with 2 days prior notice.

Park:

The terrain of the fenced property extends over two levels and features a small area of lawn and ornamental plants in the swimming pool solarium area which measures about 60 sq m. All around the house is a large balcony which includes a pergola furnished with a beautiful table, perfect for lunches and dinners with friends, a ping pong table, a football table. Near the pool area is a covered veranda with outdoor kitchen, equipped with wood oven and hob, a fryer, an ice machine and large work surfaces. Inside is a large table perfect for poolside dinners. The entrance gate leads to a garage where up to 3 cars (2 small ones) can be parked. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The heated outdoor swimming pool, reachable via a flight of stairs from the balcony surrounding the villa, has an area of about 110 sq m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 2.20 m. Lined in PVC, the pool has salt purification, internal and external lighting and large Roman steps for access to the water. The pool is equipped with an internal hydromassage area. The stoneware-paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, small divans, armchairs and a nice umbrella. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
