Interior:
The villa has 4 floors connected by a large marble staircase or internal lift.
The main entrance to the villa is via a staircase and a terrace leading directly into a
60 sq m living room with wood-burning fireplace, a TV room and a large kitchen. Adjacent, on a second level, is the dining room. A corridor leads to a bathroom for use of the living area, to a large bedroom, that can be converted into a twin, with private bathroom, and to a storage room with access to a chute for linen to be deposited in the laundry. In the basement next to the portico is a wellness area with gym, Turkish bath, bathroom with emotional shower, relaxation area, kitchen, laundry and ironing room.
