RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Casa Leonilde is a cute 2 bedroom property that has recently been refurbished to a very high standard paying special attention to every small detail. It’s centrally situated on the steps leading up from the Big Beach. The terrace is the idyllic spot for dining or relaxing, reading a book whilst sipping a glass of prosecco. A panoramic sea view can be seen from every room. You can even shower with a view! Off the dining room there is a small Romeo and Juliet Balcony perfect for two.

CASA LEONILDE HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

As soon as you enter into the property there are stairs taking you to the upper level. In front of you is the dining room. To the left is the small well equipped kitchenette directly in front is a small balcony accessed through French doors. Going back through the dining room you then rejoin the L-shaped corridor. On the right hand side there is a small bathroom with shower. First door, on the left, is to the lounge which can lead onto the large terrace via French doors. Second door off the corridor is the twin bedroom with joinable beds and then the third is the main bedroom. Both rooms have French doors, as does the lounge, leading onto the terrace. At the end of the corridor is the bathroom.

Park:

Casa Nilde has 2 panoramic outside spaces overlooking the sea and the beach. The large terrace is furnished with table, chairs, sun umbrella and external living. The small balcony off the dining room is ideal for a romantic dinner. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Location and distances


Centrally located in Positano. In order to reach the main square and the main beach located at the bottom of Positano, you can either go 150 steps down or go 150 steps up and than walk on the road.In both cases it takes you 5/10 minutes. The nearest parking (with ticket) is at 300 metres like all the shops that are situated along the way. Positano very well know all over the world is a good starting point to visit and tour all the Amalfi coast as well as the island that are nearby like Capri or Ischia.

The deck was fabulous. Very nice to just sit out and enjoy the wonderful view. Great location. Julie, who oversaw our check-in and check-out process was a fantastic resource for us. She gave great advice on places to go and was very helpful when we needed help figuring out the wash machine.

Belinda was such an amazing hostess. She helped my mother and I carry our luggage, assisted us with tips and recommendations and was extremely communicative every step of the way. This trip was a dream come true for us, and the view and the location were spectacular! The condo was heaven on earth!

The view was amazing and the main deck a lot bigger than the pictures showed. A lovely place to eat and drink and enjoy the view. The apartment is very well appointed with many lots of little extras that really made a difference.

The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

SHORT STAYS and NON-WEEKLY STAYS:
For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

WEEKLY RENTALS NON SAT - SAT STAYS:
Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.
