RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Casa Noemi is a homely two bedroom apartment located approx 150 steps up from the main beach of Positano. It has a large terrace making this property perfect for those who love the outdoor life. Ideal to dine, sunbathe or just take in the breathtaking sea views with a glass of prosecco or take the steps down to the main beach to find yourself immersed in the busy beach life of Positano be it day or night. This has been the owners holiday home for many years and they are now happy to open their doors for you to enjoy this amazing property.

CASA NOEMI HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

You enter into the lounge directly off the pathway after coming down 150 steps from the road. The very spacious lounge has direct access to the terrace as do all rooms. From the lounge you can turn right and go down the corridor where on the left is the bathroom with shower. You then enter into the twin bedroom which has two large bunk beds (the top bunks are where an extra two people can sleep). Walking through this bedroom you then access the main double bedroom. Please note that you can get access from all rooms by the terrace so as to avoid having to go through twin bedroom. If you return to the lounge you can then go straight on to the fully equipped kitchen and to the left is a bathroom with a small shower (without box) and a laundry room. There is also access to the terrace from the kitchen.

Park:

The very spacious terrace with breathtaking sea views allows you to dine, sunbathe or whilst watching the beach life below. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Location and distances


Centrally located in Positano. In order to reach the main square and the main beach located at the bottom of Positano, you can either go 150 steps down or go 150 steps up and than walk on the road.In both cases it takes you 5/10 minutes. The nearest parking (with ticket) is at 300 metres like all the shops that are situated along the way. Positano very well know all over the world is a good starting point to visit and tour all the Amalfi coast as well as the island that are nearby like Capri or Ischia.

It met our expectations and so much more!! We fell in love the minute we walked out to the patio and saw the view. The place was clean, stocked with what was expected and beyond. It was nice and cool when we were inside because there was a air conditioning. Slow Internet but that’s OK cause we were barely at home.

Positano is pricey anyway, so it's hard to rate the price-quality relationship. For the money, I think we had a far more comfortable accommodations than if we had stayed in a hotel.

The views and terrace were stunning and the location was absolutely perfect. We had also considered another villa that was higher up but we were so glad that we rented Casa Noemi instead. Any higher would have been too much of a climb. We loved that we could get right down to town, or up to the main road so easily. It was so much fun watching the action of Positano from the terrace. Julie was wonderful and helpful for anything we needed. What a great stay!

The outside terrace and its connection to the inside of the apartment was absolutely the best aspect of this property. I must mention the concierge service was outstanding, the attention and availability of Maria Theresa made her the absolute best host we have ever had anywhere we have ever stayed.

It's halfway between the beach and the main road. That doesn't mean there are less stairs though! We counted 259 steps from the Spaggio to Casa Noemi and 141 to Café Positano on Via Pasitea (63 if you take the crazy steep steps up Via dei Gladioli). We spent most of our time on Casa Noemi's sheltered terrace. My favourite memory is listening to everyone complain about the stairs below as I sipped on wine and enjoyed the fantastic view! On a more practical note, the washing machine, air condition

Incredible villa with amazing service. This villa is amazing and very spacious. Incredible views of positano and a huge outside terrace. Everything was in great working order and very clean, with all the amenities you need. It was in a fantastic location - close to the beach as well as a range of restaurants and shops that are located above the apartment on the cliff. What made this holiday so amazing was the house manager Julie who gave us numerous recommendations and was happy booking dinner

We stay in Casa Noemi one week. It was all amazing, in special the wonderfull view of the terrace. The appartment is very nice and comfortable, you really fill at home. I want to reconignize the fantastic help that give us those days Julie Martorelli. She is the most fantastic of Casa Noemi. Thanks to her our days in Positano where amazing. For us was a second honey moon.

WEEKLY RENTALS:
The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

SHORT STAYS and NON-WEEKLY STAYS:
For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

WEEKLY RENTALS NON SAT - SAT STAYS:
Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.
