Situated in a strategic spot in the south of Sicily, not far from a splendid beach with dunes and just a short distance from the magical Valley of the Temples, Villa Alessia is a modern villa with pool, with a unique design and comfort. The interior greets you with a cool and welcome atmosphere with plenty of space for relaxation and comfort while the exterior has been designed for you to spend your days immersed in the lush garden, sipping a good glass of wine by the pool or enjoying the large outdoor dining area where you can organize fabulous alfresco meals. This home is perfect for families or for groups of friends who want to explore the beautiful territory such as the seaside areas of Ragusa or the Valley of the Temples, or just to dive into the crystal clear waters and sunbathe on the many beaches in this part of Sicily.

Interior:

The property consists of a main building on two floors. From the entrance gate, you reach the house across the large parking area. The ground floor consists of a big open-plan area with sitting room, dining room and kitchen and a sleeping area with a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads up to the second floor composed of a sitting room and two double bedrooms with adjacent large bathroom with shower.

Park:

The exterior of the property is characterized by a large 2000 sq m park on a single level, with large areas of lawn. About 10 m from the villa is an attractive annex with a big portico equipped with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven. Also in the park is a fully-equipped children's play area. In the front of the villa is a large, 4-car parking area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is easily reached from the house along a path about 10 m long. It measures 12 x 7 m with the depth ranging from 1,10 to 2,60 m; it is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification, internal and external lighting and Roman steps for access to the water. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, tables and chairs and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. In the garden there is also a jacuzzi.

Villa Alessia is located on the southern coast of Sicily, not far from a beach characterized by dunes. From the villa you can visit: the Valley of the Temples (65 km), Ragusa (69 km), Licata (24 km), Marina di Ragusa (63 km). Finally we would recommend you not to neglect one of the true heritages of the island, namely the culinary excellences of land and sea and the unsurpassed Sicilian cuisine, whether a delicious fish, a healthy but tasty vegetable or a delicious sweet based on ricotta, almonds or pistachios.

Salvatore ist sehr sympatisch und vor allem sehr hilfsbereit und direkt zur Stelle wenn etwas ist. Das Landhaus ist ein Traum. Eine sehr gemütliche Stube mit grossem TV. Ein wundervoller Garten, und vor allem toll dass es komplett eingezäumt ist, dass die Kinder nicht ab gehen und man fühlt sich sehr sicher und das Auto ist geschützt auf dem Parking im Grundstück. Das Haus ist genug gross für 2 Familien und genug Rückzugsbereiche, da diverse Sitzplätze vorhanden. Der Polobereich ist toll. Unse

We - a family of four - had a really wonderful week in this beautiful vila. The owners were really very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful throughout the entire week. They responded very quickly to our questions and hepled us solve several small problems we faced. For instance we had a flat tyre and the owner helped us solve this very quickly. The owners did more for us than required and we are very grateful for that.

What are the aspects of the property that you appreciated the most?
The spacious surroundings make it a comfortable holiday inclusive privacy possibilities, also for a large group of visitors. What we valued most was the outdoors fully equipped kitchen, plenty of spacious shade spots, a comfortable pool (not too much chloride) and ofcourse the luxerious hammock. Then an upstairs living for our kids to have their own "man-cave" and daily fresh bread deliverd at your door.

The villa is beautiful, the gardens and pool are beautiful, the owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. The villa was spotless, decor amazing and as we were shown around we couldn't believe how lucky we were. The choice of 2 kitchens was a luxury so we opted to use the outside one most of the time. It is very quiet with a fantastic view. The property is great with beautiful surroundings like. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and fully equipped. The pool is also great and very large and refreshing daytimes and still warm nighttimes.

The hilltop and quiet position and the help and friendliness of the owner A lovely villa in a great location with an owner who couldn't be more helpful. Surrounded by fields in a an extremely quiet hill top position. Would definitely recommend

What are the aspects of the property that you appreciated the most?
The house is perfectly situated (on top of a hill), for the people looking for a quiet and spacious place. Pool is wonderful-lenght and depth are perfect for swimming and fun. The owners were very supportive (helpful and gave a lot of useful tips for the island). without being too pushy.

  • national lockdown in Italy;
  • local lockdown in Italy regarding the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation);
  • national lockdown in your country of residence;
  • Italian local lockdown in the Client's Municipality or area of residence..

Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is an insurance coverage developed in partnership with EuropAssistance which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are protected in the case of eventual damage to the property caused accidentally during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1500 euro);
