The poet Tonino Guerra loved to define them as "Romagna gardens". It is a property where you can relax and regenerate in its well-kept garden, and let yourself be overwhelmed by the surrounding nature. The farmhouse, despite its recent construction, has been designed with a refined style, in full harmony with the surrounding rural environment without neglecting, however, modern details chosen with the utmost attention. Its position allows guests to get to most of the places of interest in the area, with just short journeys. Among the destinations of major tourist interest is, just 15 minutes away, the Romagna Riviera which includes places such as Cesenatico, Cervia, Rimini and Milano Marittima, highly sought after by both Italians and foreigners. Alternatively, there are art cities, such as Ravenna, characterised by its rare mosaics from the Byzantine era, or the regional capital of Bologna, just 40 minutes away.

Interior:

The villa has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor leads to both the kitchen and the living room and up to the first floor. On the right is the living room with sofas, tv area with fireplace and dining area that leads to a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, with disabled access. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen, a guest bathroom and a laundry. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms (of which one with bed 140 cm wide) and one twin, each with private bathroom with shower.

Park:

The fully fenced garden with 150 cm high metal mesh, consists of a large lawn area of about 1000 sq m, reached from the kitchen and living room exits, with a large paved pergola furnished with a dining table and a seating area overlooking the swimming pool and the valley below. Once past the elegant electronic driveway gate, a large unpaved parking area opens up which contains up to 6 parking spaces. The surrounding panorama can be admired from the two panoramic terraces which offer a breathtaking view. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located in front of the house, with a breathtaking view of the valley below. Rectangular, with large steps leading into the water, it measures 12 x 5 m with the depth ranging from 0,40 to 1,30 m. The pool has chlorine purification, a hydromassage area and both internal and external lighting. The solarium area, partly paved in terracotta and partly covered with grass, is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor solar shower. Near the pool is a brick.built structure, perfect for outdoor meals. The pool is available from the last saturday of April to the first saturday of October.

It is no coincidence that Tonino Guerra hoped that the hills and countryside around the territory of Cesena would be called I Giardini Romagnoli (the Romagna Gardens). Customer Service by Emma Villas was very good. Process of booking, paying and check in / out was rather complicated, nos easy. Customer Service of the Landlords Lorenzo and Federica was perfect. A very warm welcome, always helpful, gave a a few really nice tips for excursions and trips in the area, contacted us nearly every day by WhatsApp if we need some help or anything. They were perfect hosts.
