Just outside the dining room of the villa, the wooden pergola shades a stone table and benches for pleasant aperitifs at sunset. The property is accessed via a manual driveway gate; beyond the cypress-lined driveway is the parking area with up to four covered spaces, complete with an electric vehicle charging point. The swimming pool, overlooking the hills, is situated at the rear of the property, approximately 20 metres from the villa and 5 from the annex, on the same level as both.
