FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub.

The enclosed outdoor area extends for approximately 600 sq m, mostly paved and enriched by a lovely patch of lawn at the back. Opposite the main entrance, two gazebos house the hot tub, a dining area with table and chairs and a relaxation area with small sofas and cushions. At the back, there is a convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The paved area, punctuated by a few steps, leads to the back of the house, also directly accessible from the ground-floor bedroom. From here, a small wooden gate opens onto a delightful corner of the garden, enhanced by an olive tree and Mediterranean plants. The town of San Felice Circeo is enclosed by ancient walls and is a classic seaside town, with narrow alleys winding between white houses and breathtaking views. Pearl of the National Park of the same name, which also includes the island of Zannone and the coastal lakes of Fogliano, Paola, Caprolace and Monaci, with their Roman ruins, the mountain offers spectacular hiking trails to the summit and picturesque caves, accessible by sea (such as the Grotta Azzurra) or by land (including those of the Capre, of Fossellone, of Impiso, and the famous Grotta Guattari, known for the Neanderthal skull).
