A pochi minuti dal centro e dalle spiagge di Sanremo, rappresenta una base ideale per esplorare la Riviera dei Fiori e i borghi storici dell’entroterra, come Dolceacqua e Bussana Vecchia.

The villa is arranged over two floors connected by internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one bedroom with double sofa bed (17 cm memory foam mattress); kitchenette; laundry room; internal access to the garage. FIRST FLOOR – Open-plan living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen; large sea-view terrace; corridor with two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower (one with terrace access); guest bathroom; pantry. Access between floors is via two internal stair ramps.

Park:

The villa is accessed through an automatic gate leading to a paved parking area for two cars and an adjoining double garage. Six steps lead to the lawned pool area with solarium and sea views. A further ten steps connect this level to the first-floor terrace and the upper garden, which includes a shaded outdoor dining area and a barbecue. The grounds are planted with Mediterranean flora, including olive trees, and are equipped with external lighting. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool lies on the south-facing garden level, overlooking the sea. Rectangular in shape; measures 11 x 4.5 m; depth from 1.00 to 1.40 m; sand-coloured lining; saltwater purification system with glass filtration and natural chlorination. Entry via two steps; internal lighting; spotlights illuminate the surrounding area. The pool is accessed via six steps from the ground floor or ten steps from the first-floor terrace. Solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool heating available at extra cost. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
