Travelling along the scenic road from the centre of Limone del Garda to Tremosine – one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" – after just a few kilometres, you arrive at Villa Abetaia. This villa, recently renovated in a modern and captivating style, offers every comfort and is set in an exclusive location: a private, unspoiled, and panoramic area perched above the lake.

Interior:

The villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll enter a bright living room with a dining table and a relaxing area with satellite TV, connected to a modern kitchen and another living room that opens onto the terrace. There is also a service bathroom on this level and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a French bed (140 cm), an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a cosy sitting area that opens onto a terrace with lake views. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Park:

You can enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of Lake Garda and the surrounding landscape from the expansive terraces, the garden, and the rooms. The spacious outdoor terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, with a relaxing area furnished with comfortable sofas. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, located under the portico and shielded from the sun, is surrounded by loungers and a covered sitting area. The irregularly shaped pool measures 6 x 3 meters and will be open from 10/06 to 01/09.
