The kitchen, with its island, dining table and sofa, serves as the central hub for gathering and meals inside, creating a warm and welcoming space for guests. In the garden, there is a private pool and lawn, as well as comfortable seating and an al fresco dining terrace off the kitchen, where you can admire the spectacular forested hills as a backdrop. With its tranquil setting and proximity to Mount Nerone, Acquanera is ideal for a peaceful getaway or an active holiday, with opportunities for hiking, trekking, horseback riding and more.

The house is spread over two floors, offering bright and modern interiors. GROUND FLOOR: An open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa; a functioning fireplace; and a well-equipped modern kitchen with an island and dining area. A large window opens onto an outdoor area furnished for al fresco dining, with views of the surrounding hills. This floor also includes a double bedroom with an armchair-bed. FIRST FLOOR: A double bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one person; and a bathroom with a shower. INDEPENDENT UNIT (GROUND FLOOR): Accessed via a separate entrance, this space includes a double bedroom; a kitchenette; and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities, ensuring comfort and accessibility.

Swimming Pool:

The private pool is located just a few metres from the property, surrounded by ornamental plants and a paved border for sunbathing. It offers a serene and inviting atmosphere with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.50 m; it is accessed via a ladder; and it is purified with chlorine. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
