With its spacious furnished portico, large fenced garden, and elegant pool surrounded by hedges and trees, the property offers well-kept and secluded areas, perfect for those traveling with pets. Interior:

The house extends over two floors connected by both an internal and external staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Main entrance with hallway; sitting room with TV and fireplace; living room with dining table connected to the kitchen with direct access out to the furnished portico; laundry room; guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom; twin bedroom with 2 bunk beds; bathroom with tub; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; family suite (with separate entrance via external stairs, internally connected to the rest of the first floor) composed of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with fireplace.

Park:

The manicured garden, enclosed by a green mesh fence (between 1.20 and 1.40 m high), covers approximately 1,500 sq m and offers a lush natural environment with tall trees and shaded areas ideal for relaxing, as well as a portico equipped with a dining table, a seating area and a brick barbecue. The property has a dedicated parking area, located after the entrance gate. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located on the same level as the villa from which it can be reached in a few steps across the lawn. Lined with beige PVC and with an oxygen filtration system, it measures 10 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; it is accessed via Roman steps and has internal and external lighting. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
