PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Casale Partemio is a well-equipped holiday villa with a private pool, set on a hillside between Lucrezia and the Adriatic coast. Surrounded by a verdant garden planted with Mediterranean shrubs and overlooking olive groves, the setting is rural and scenic. Furnished for comfort in a modern, country style, the villa has four double bedrooms and spacious indoor and outdoor areas for holiday living. Outside lounge furniture is set up on a portico and two gazebos set the scene for al fresco dining alongside a barbecue, table tennis and a pool, while wide lawns and a dedicated play area with a children’s swing provide space for games and downtime.

Interior:

The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Living room with fireplace and direct access to the outdoor dining terrace; study with children’s games; kitchen; bathroom with shower; guest bathroom with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR – Four double bedrooms; small terrace; two bathrooms with shower.

Park:

The garden extends over approximately 6,000 sqm and features Mediterranean shrubs, olive trees, and lawns. A portico beside the house is furnished with outdoor lounge furniture and overlooks the garden. Next to it is a brick-built gazebo with a dining table and a table tennis table. A second dining area is set under a gazebo on the lawn near the pool. The pool area is located just below the house and is accessible via steps or a sloping lawn. On the opposite side of the villa, a lawn with a children’s swing set is visible from both the portico and the main gazebo. The property is fenced with gated access and has a parking area for up to four cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located on a lower level of the garden and can be reached via steps or a sloping lawn. Rectangular in shape; measures 10.60 x 3.30 m; depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.40 m; lined in light-coloured PVC; accessed via Roman steps; features two hydromassage jets; surrounded by a stone pool terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas; illuminated by internal and external lights. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
