PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Luce tra i Faggi takes its name from the beautiful beech trees that surround this country house and it boasts a perfect location for those seeking the tranquility of the hills but just a few kilometers away from the coast and the Adriatic sea. Guests will also enjoy the beautiful pool with sunbeds and a sunbathing area. Luce tra I Faggi retains all the charm of the typical country houses of this area, adapted to be comfortable for the needs of today.

Interior:

On the ground floor, the large living room welcomes you with its comfortable sofas, TV area, and beautiful dining table. The kitchen is in a separate room, overlooking the spacious terrace, equipped with sun loungers and tables, which is comfortable for outdoor dinners during the beautiful summer evenings. On rainy days you can then relax on the lovely glass-enclosed porch. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a bath, while on the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Swimming Pool:

Outside, a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and a solarium area will allow you to spend moments of pure relaxation and fun with family and friends. The swimming pool measures 4x8 meters, has a depth of 1.40 meters, and will be open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.

Located in the municipality of Montemaggiore, it is situated just one kilometer from the small town of Montemaggiore del Metauro, and in about 20 minutes you can reach the city of Fano and the Adriatic Sea, where you can spend unforgettable summer evenings in the promenade full of restaurants, ice cream shops, music venues, and where one can take part in the many events and festivals taking place every week. There are also many other villages to visit in the surrounding area of the house, from Mondavio to Corinaldo, from Fossombrone to Urbino, that will help you discover the history and traditions of this area. Wine and gourmet lovers should make a stop in one of the many cellars and wineries that are located a few kilometers from the house. Wines like Bianchello, as well as local cheeses and salami, are a real must.
