Immersed in a terraced Mediterranean garden of olive trees and maritime pines, with a private pool, hydromassage tub and panoramic sea views, the setting is ideal for relaxation. The stone-clad villa comprises a main house and an annex. Renovated in a simple style with pastel tones and sea-inspired touches, the interiors include four bedrooms, two living areas and to panoramic terraces. Dine indoors in the spacious kitchen or al fresco on the terrace. Just 50 metres from the sea, the villa is ideally positioned for exploring Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme and Santa Maria di Leuca. Please note: mobile and internet signals may be limited due to the secluded natural setting.

Interior:

The property consists of two adjacent buildings. MAIN HOUSE - Entrance into an open-plan living area with sitting space, dining table and kitchen; direct access to a furnished sea-view terrace; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom and one single bedroom (with an additional single bed), sharing a bathroom with shower. ANNEX (accessed via a few external steps) - Entrance into a living area with kitchenette and dining table; a short flight of steps leads to a double bedroom with external access; one bathroom with shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, dry-stone terraces and mature olive trees, maritime pines, agaves and myrtles. A shaded pergola with a wooden dining table is set on a sea-view terrace directly in front of the house, ideal for outdoor meals. Just below, the main pool terrace includes sunbeds, deckchairs, wooden benches and a rattan seating area. In front of the annex, a large umbrella shades a second table for outdoor breakfasts. The villa has two entrances: an upper entrance with two uncovered parking spaces and a lower coastal entrance with one uncovered parking space, offering direct pedestrian access to the sea road. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool is located just below the house, a few steps from the annexe, and enjoys panoramic sea views. Rectangular with one gently curved side; measures 8.5 x 3.3 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; lined in PVC with a stone border; accessed via three internal steps; chlorine purification system; internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and two shaded seating areas separated by olive trees. A few steps away is a hydromassage tub for four people overlooking the sea. A bathroom with WC and a cold-water shower serve the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
