Villa Ananda is located on the south-western coast of Sardinia, in the territory of Domus de Maria, a short distance from the famous beaches of Chia, one of the island's most iconic stretches of coast. The property is set in a secluded location amidst Mediterranean scrub and enjoys a commanding, unobstructed view of the landscape, with vistas stretching to the sea, offering views of captivating scenery at any time of day. The villa is laid out on a single level consisting of a main building and a separate annex, following the natural contours of the land and ensuring full enjoyment of the outdoor spaces. The living area, with its cosy lounge, opens directly onto the garden and the swimming pool, the pride of the property, nestled within the surrounding panorama and enhanced by numerous outdoor seating areas. The location allows you to reach the most renowned beaches of Chia, including Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla and Tuerredda, in just a few minutes, as well as the main resorts on Sardinia's south-western coast, offering a rare balance of privacy, nature and immediate access to the sea.

Interior:

The villa is laid out on a single level, covering a total area of approximately 210 sq m and comprises the main building and an annex. VILLA – Entrance via a portico with dining table directly into the kitchen, which is connected to the dining area and a spacious living room with direct access to the pergola; the sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. ANNEX – Accessed via a flight of steps adjacent to the pool, it consists of a double bedroom (joinable beds) and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The outdoor spaces cover a surface area of approximately 1,200 sq m, naturally delimited by hedges, fencing and low stone walls, ensuring privacy whilst blending harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The garden follows the natural contours of the land and is laid out across different levels connected by paths and flights of stone steps, set amongst Mediterranean vegetation. Access to the property is through the pedestrian gate at street level, next to which is a private parking area. From here, a flight of stone steps leads to the main garden, where the swimming pool forms the central focal point. The pool is surrounded by a pergola with lounge area and numerous relaxation spots spread across the various terraces. The portico at the entrance to the villa houses the outdoor dining area with a stone barbecue, whilst further seating areas are situated near the bedrooms and in front of the annex (completely open space, without railings or protective barriers with a direct and unobstructed view over the surrounding landscape) Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is the heart of the property and enjoys unobstructed views of the sea. Irregular in shape, it measures approximately 8 x 4 m, with the depth sloping down to approximately 160 cm, and is lined with PVC. Access to the pool is via internal stone steps and it is equipped with a chlorine purification system and internal lighting with an underwater spotlight. The solarium area, in decking and equipped with sunbeds, blends seamlessly with the pergola and lounge areas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

This service provides an additional crib beyond the one already available at the property, for guests traveling with infants who need a safe and comfortable place for the baby to sleep.

The service includes:

  • Delivery of a clean, assembled crib complete with bedding.

The crib provided is a travel cot for infants.

Please note: Renting the additional crib does not automatically guarantee the use of the crib already included in the rental price, for which it is still necessary to request and obtain confirmation from the Emma Villas concierge.

Firewood

This service provides firewood for the property’s fireplace, intended for guests who wish to use it during their stay.

The cost of the service includes:

  • Delivery of 100 kg of dry, ready-to-use firewood to the property.

The service does not include fire ignition or fireplace maintenance.

  • Sudden illness or accidental injury of you and/or the stay participants
  • Death or hospitalization of you and/or the stay participants
  • Hiring or dismissal by the employer of you and/or the stay participants
  • Court summons for you or the stay participants

Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
