Once a noble residence, the property has been renovated to combine aristocratic architecture with modern design. Arranged over three floors, the interiors include seven double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a bright open-plan living area that opens directly onto the pool and solarium in the courtyard. A panoramic first floor terrace offers views across the estate and surrounding countryside. Set within nearly two hectares of olive groves and Mediterranean plants, the villa provides a choice of outdoor dining and relaxation areas. The location offers easy access to the beaches of southwest Sicily and cultural sites such as Selinunte, Marsala and the Valley of the Temples.

The villa is arranged over three floors. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance hall; open-plan living area with kitchen, dining room and sitting area; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower; laundry room; bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR – Panoramic terrace with two separate entrances, each leading to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. SECOND FLOOR – Double bedroom with a French size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and private panoramic terrace. All bedrooms feature large windows overlooking the garden or the pool.

Park:

The property extends across approximately 1.9 hectares of olive groves and pine woodland. A boundary wall encloses most of the grounds, which include a paved driveway, a 10-car parking area, and brick-built barbecue. The garden is planted with mature fig and camphor trees, pittosporum and Mediterranean shrubs. In front of the villa, the resin-paved solarium surrounds the pool and includes an outdoor dining area with sunbeds and lounge seating. Lighting is provided by low-level cluster lamps, creating an atmospheric setting for evenings outdoors. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool lies at the heart of the garden, directly facing the villa. Rectangular in shape; measures 13.5 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined in grey cement-effect resin; Roman steps for access; chlorine purification; twilight-activated internal lighting. The paved solarium is furnished with sunbeds and lounge seating. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
