FIRST FLOOR – Spacious living area opening onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the pool, Cefalù, and the sea; one double bedroom (with a bed that can be separated) with en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms (with beds that can be separated), both featuring a loft area with two single beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by palm trees and gardens with sea views. It also features spacious terraces for outdoor dining, a playground, and a large swimming pool with sun deck. Guests can also enjoy a ping-pong table and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a cooktop, sink, lava stone grill, gas oven, wood oven and charcoal barbecue.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is large and irregular 9 mt x 6 mt., and deep 1,4mt to 1,7 mt. The purification system is salt. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.
