Villa delle Sirene stands on the Trapani coast, a short distance from the sea, in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt tracts of sea in Sicily, not far from San Vito Lo Capo. The villa, that is part of a new terraced villas complex, indoors is cool and welcoming, offering you a relaxing and comfortable holiday, while outside you can spend wonderful days relaxing in the sun by the pool or preparing alfresco meals, thanks to the well-equipped veranda. Thanks to its position and accessories the villa is perfect for family holidays or romantic breaks. You can also visit many tourist destinations such as San Vito Lo Capo, Mondello, Trapani, Erice which is part of the Borghi più belli d'Italia (an association of small Italian towns of historical interest), the Tonnara di Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, or book a catamaran to spend half a day on the island of Favignana.

Interior:

The house has two floors. Past the entrance you cross the parking area and from here into the large living/dining room. This room is connected to the kitchen which has access to the veranda outside. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. From the living room an internal staircase goes up to the first floor with the sleeping area consisting of a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have balconies.

Park:

The exterior of the property is on one level and is characterized by a small area of lawn and ornamental plants in the sunbathing area by the pool. Behind the villa is a covered veranda with a small outdoor kitchen, ideal for alfresco meals. Past the entrance you come to a 2-car parking area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, accessible from the driveway in front of the house or from the back, is lined in resin and measures 8 x 4 m with the depth ranging from 1,10 to 2,10 m; it has chlorine purification, internal and external lighting and large steps in a corner for access to the water. The stone-paved sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrella, sofas and armchairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

Villa delle Sirene is located on the northwest coast of Sicily, in one of the most spectacular and scenic areas of the island just 1.5 km from the sea. You can make excursions from the villa to visit: Trapani (10 km), Erice (13 km), San Vito Lo Capo (30 km), the island of Favignana (33 km), the Zingaro Nature Reserve (34 km), Terrasini (65 km), Mondello (91 km). Finally we would recommend you not to neglect one of the true heritages of the island, namely the culinary excellences of land and sea and the unsurpassed Sicilian cuisine, whether a delicious fish, a healthy but tasty vegetable or a delicious sweet based on ricotta, almonds or pistachios.

Giovanni and his family were amazing- they gave us a fantastic welcome and were on hand all the time for any questions we had. We were treated with kindness and respect at all times. The villa is lovely, clean and tidy with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the air conditioning was very welcome in the heat. Would not hesitate to recommend this to others.

The villa was modern, immaculate, the pool was always well maintained. The villa's air conditioning kept the entire house comfortable or cool if someone preferred. Sleeping was excellent.
