RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE (CIR CODE - 19082027C210722). Villa Provenza for many years has set the scene for family holidays and remains a firm favourite with all generations.

Interior:

The interiors are spacious, with colourful walls and matching furnishings which reflect a distinctly Sicilian style. The villa is set up to ensure that large family groups can also have the privacy of their own space. The central villa sleeps up to six people in two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with its private en-suite bathroom. A large living is with a kitchen, dining area and sitting room open out to the main dining terrace shaded by a sail, perfect for the whole group to gather at any time of the day. A staircase outside takes you to the newly refurbished first floor with its airy living area, opening out to a large terrace with panoramic views across the pool to Cefalu and the sea. Sleeping up to 10, this part of the villa has three double bedrooms, two of which have a mezzanine with two single beds, ideal for teenagers. Each of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and all three doubles can be converted to a twin Ground floor: Two double bedrooms, shower room, twin bedroom (can be double) with en-suite bathroom, open plan sitting room with double sofa bed and dining area, large kitchen with dining area. Doors lead out to a covered dining terrace and access to the pool area Independent access to the first floor: Large living area with small kitchenette access into the outdoor patio, double bedroom ( king size bed) with ensuite bathroom, two more double bedrooms ( king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms and mezzanines with two singles beds. Each of the double beds can be made up as a twin on request.

Park:

Villa Provenza is surrounded by palm trees and gardens with sea views, as well as extensive terraces for your dinners, and a large pool. There's also a playground for the children with ping-pong and a barbecue. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is large and irregular 9 mt x 6 mt., and deep 1,4mt to 1,7 mt. The purification system is salt. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.

The villa was outstanding. Everything from the driveway to the pool to all the beautiful rooms and views was totally astonishing good! The pictures of the house made sense and nothing was faked, which it can be sometimes. All 13 of us really loved every second of our stay.

AC in every room on the ground floor. Leave an extra note that electricity and garbage disposal are all paid in cash on departure.

Mr. Stefano did a great job of explaining everything on arrival and he answered any questions on WhatsUp really quickly, all of us were very pleased with his customer service. I also really appreciate that he was punctual.
