PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). What was once an old farmhouse has been renovated by recovering the original materials integrated by local craftsmanship: Barberino stone for the walls, terracotta for the floors, chestnut beams and exposed tiles for the ceilings. The solid external stone walls conceal the bright living room with its warm atmosphere and the built-in kitchen where one immediately feels at home. Casale Ombrone is immersed in the undulating landscape of cultivated lands, planted with vines and olive trees in the Morellino and Montecucco cultivar area, with the scrubland that follows and designs the typical morphology of the Maremma hills. A location that makes it possible to range from the slopes of Mount Amiata to the beaches of the Tuscan coast, passing through the Maremma countryside, to travel along winding panoramic roads to discover medieval borghi such as Montalcino (43 km) home of the renowned Brunello wine, to benefit from the thermal waters of Saturnia (62 km), Bagno Vignoni (62 km), Bagni San Filippo (68 km) and to visit towns of inestimable architectural beauty such as Siena (61 km) and Massa Marittima (64 km). From Casale Ombrone, you can reach the most beautiful and renowned beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast of the Maremma such as Castiglione della Pescaia (47 km), Talamone (52 km), Punta Ala (67 km) and the Argentario (70 km) with Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano and embarkations for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. Interior:

Casale Ombrone is on two levels connected internally and externally by terracotta staircases. The main entrance door on the pool side is on the first floor and opens onto the hallway arranged on several levels onto which face three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, all with ensuite bathroom with shower. From the hallway, two staircases lead down to the ground floor, one to the kitchen and the other to the open-plan dining room and living room. On the ground floor is the built-in kitchen with pantry onto which opens the entrance connected to the portico used as an outdoor dining area, the open-plan dining and living room with Smart TV and ornamental fireplace, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom. The living room and dining room have direct exits to the garden. All the living areas and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with independent control units. All fireplaces are ornamental.

Park:

The fenced park extends for about 3000 sqm dotted with olive trees, cypresses and herbs, with a mixed lawn framing the house and outbuildings. Connected to the kitchen is the large portico used as an outdoor dining area with a panoramic view of the Maremma hills, a few metres from which is the stone and terracotta annex with brick-built barbecue, wood-burning oven and sink next to the arched well. Continuing into the garden, we are greeted by the swimming pool on a panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. The property is reached through the automatic driveway gate, past which is a gravel parking area on the same level as the house. From the annex a flight of terracotta steps leads to the parking area with three covered parking spaces on a lower terrace of the park. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private swimming pool for exclusive use is situated on the same level as the house which is 30 metres away, in an area of the garden with a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside. Reached across the lawn and down 4 steps, the rectangular pool measures 12 x 5 m with the depth varying from 1.10 to 2.40 m. Lined in PVC, it has salt purification and a metal ladder for access to the water. The terracotta-paved solarium, equipped with sunbeds, a large umbrella and a cold-water shower, is shaded by a large olive tree. The pool has manual lighting both inside the pool and in the solarium and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
