The property has three floors with large common areas and is ideal for large groups, as it gives everyone independent space within the vast property. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and WI-FI, guaranteeing you a perfect relaxing stay. At your disposal is a wonderful Tuscan-style kitchen ready to introduce you to the delicious Italian culinary tradition and have you feel the warmth and familiarity of this place. Within the large colourful garden are elegant living areas as well as the wonderful panoramic swimming pool, the gem of the property. Also in the garden is a barbecue and a large table under the shade of the wisteria-covered pergola, where you can enjoy delicious meals surrounded by the beautiful nature of Tuscany. The strategic position of the villa is certainly a fundamental feature for those who wish to visit the splendours of Tuscany; the proximity to Lucca and the motorway exit allow you to get easily and quickly to historic borghi and towns such as Florence, Pisa, Montecatini Terme , Montecarlo di Lucca, Collodi and the nearby golden beaches of Versilia with elegant Forte dei Marmi. In the vicinity of the property are numerous historic villas, including Villa Reale, the old residence of Elisa Bonaparte, which can still be visited today along with its wonderful garden, renowned for being one of the most beautiful in Italy. Please Note: when the property is rented in this solution no other guests will be present on site.

Interior:

Villa Primo Sole has an area of 400 sq m spread over three floors. The main part (App.1) consists of the sitting area with TV corner and an ornamental fireplace, a multipurpose room, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Going up the beautiful stone staircase to the first floor is a large dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Continuing up to the second floor you come to two double bedrooms, a sitting room and a bathroom with shower.

Park:

Villa Primo Sole is surrounded by a well-kept park, set in the tranquillity of the Lucca countryside and with a unique panorama. The park is enriched by the presence of lemons, oranges, lavender, aromatic herbs and an infinity of flowers with unique colours. After entering the property you come to a convenient parking area located in the immediate vicinity of the villa; from here you will be welcomed by wonderful centuries-old cypresses as well as olive, cherry, pear and medlar trees. The park, comparable in its characteristics to a botanical garden, contains various areas dedicated to relaxation such as the wisteria-covered pergola with the outdoor dining area. Finally, the swimming pool with a breathtaking view of Lucca, offering a unique atmosphere of relaxation and beauty. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The rectangular swimming pool, 50 metres from the property, measures 6 x 14 m with the depth varying from 1.20 to 1.80 m. Lined in sand color PVC, it has salt purification, a solar shower and a ladder for access to the water. The sunbathing area on the green lawn is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, deckchairs and director's chairs, all shaded by umbrellas to provide unique moments of maximum relaxation, surrounded by the unique panorama. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is only 10 km from wonderful Lucca, an exceptional tourist destination: the town can be easily visited on foot or by bicycle, thanks to its small size and the extensive pedestrian area in the centre. There are many places to visit, including the town walls that are undoubtedly worth a mention, ideal for strolling in every season, Piazza Anfiteatro, famous for its elliptical shape, and the suggestive Torre Guinigi crowned by an ancient holm oak. In the surrounding area are many places of artistic and naturalistic importance: the Garfagnana, the plain of Lucca and the Serchio valley. For those wishing to combine the beauty of the landscape with pleasant days by the sea, just a few kilometres away is the Versilia coast with its renowned resorts: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta. The property is also a good starting point for visiting the renowned Cinque Terre and beautiful Portofino.
