Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (only lease). Villa Adisa is set in the hills near Uzzano, in the heart of the Val di Nievole, between Montecatini Terme and Pescia. From its elevated position, this large villa enjoys sweeping views over olive groves, cypresses and the rooftops of the valley below. Designed by a well-known architect and carefully updated with quality materials, the villa blends traditional Tuscan elements such as Impruneta terracotta, porphyry paving and Carrara marble with fresh interiors and well-equipped outdoor areas. Spanning two floors, it offers ample space and comfort for up to eight guests, with well-designed living space, dining area and a kitchen, as well as four double bedrooms and a small terrace. A panoramic portico and landscaped garden are ideal for relaxation outdoors, while the pool also offersviews over the countryside. The village of Uzzano and the spa towns of Montecatini and Monsummano Terme are nearby. Excellent day trip options including Lucca and the sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

Interior:

The villa has two floors connected by an internal wooden staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance hall; living room; dining area with direct access to the portico; kitchen; guest bathroom; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and hydromassage shower, two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed); one bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR – Small sitting room; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and tub; study room; small terrace.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by approximately 3000 sqm of fenced, landscaped grounds planted with olive trees, cypresses, fruit trees and flowering shrubs. The main entrance leads through a gate to a gravel drive and a shaded parking area. A panoramic portico outside the dining room is furnished for outdoor meals and relaxation. A barbecue and brazier with seating are set up nearby. There are several seating areas positioned around the garden, and a dedicated herb garden for guests to enjoy. A lawned path leads to the pool area and an outdoor lounge terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached by a short path across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; it is lined in sand-coloured PVC, has internal lighting, salt purification and access via iron ladder. The surrounding solarium is paved with larchwood and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

10! Alberto and his sister showed us kindness and a great hospitality. They were really interested in their guests. When we arrived, they made us some snacks and there were several beverages in the fridge. They even gave us homemade olive oil. Alberto ordered some pizza in the villages for us when we arrived. They were easy reachable when we had questions.

The room and bathroom refresh service includes an intervention aimed at restoring order, cleanliness, freshness, and comfort to the spaces.

This service does not include deep cleaning, but it ensures a tidy, welcoming, and functional environment for guests throughout their stay.

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (only lease). Villa Adisa is set in the hills near Uzzano, in the heart of the Val di Nievole, between Montecatini Terme and Pescia. From its elevated position, this large villa enjoys sweeping views over olive groves, cypresses and the rooftops of the valley below. Designed by a well-known architect and carefully updated with quality materials, the villa blends traditional Tuscan elements such as Impruneta terracotta, porphyry paving and Carrara marble with fresh interiors and well-equipped outdoor areas. Spanning two floors, it offers ample space and comfort for up to eight guests, with well-designed living space, dining area and a kitchen, as well as four double bedrooms and a small terrace. A panoramic portico and landscaped garden are ideal for relaxation outdoors, while the pool also offersviews over the countryside. The village of Uzzano and the spa towns of Montecatini and Monsummano Terme are nearby. Excellent day trip options including Lucca and the sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

Interior:

The villa has two floors connected by an internal wooden staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance hall; living room; dining area with direct access to the portico; kitchen; guest bathroom; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and hydromassage shower, two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed); one bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR – Small sitting room; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and tub; study room; small terrace.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by approximately 3000 sqm of fenced, landscaped grounds planted with olive trees, cypresses, fruit trees and flowering shrubs. The main entrance leads through a gate to a gravel drive and a shaded parking area. A panoramic portico outside the dining room is furnished for outdoor meals and relaxation. A barbecue and brazier with seating are set up nearby. There are several seating areas positioned around the garden, and a dedicated herb garden for guests to enjoy. A lawned path leads to the pool area and an outdoor lounge terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached by a short path across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; it is lined in sand-coloured PVC, has internal lighting, salt purification and access via iron ladder. The surrounding solarium is paved with larchwood and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

10! Alberto and his sister showed us kindness and a great hospitality. They were really interested in their guests. When we arrived, they made us some snacks and there were several beverages in the fridge. They even gave us homemade olive oil. Alberto ordered some pizza in the villages for us when we arrived. They were easy reachable when we had questions.
