Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Irene is set on a hillside near Montecarlo di Lucca, a small medieval town between Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Surrounded by extensive grounds with lawns, olive trees and vineyards, the villa is positioned to offer open views across the Val di Nievole, with a layout that includes shaded outdoor dining areas, a panoramic terrace, a private swimming pool and children’s pool. Furnished in traditional country style, the interiors span ample living and dining space as well as three double bedrooms. The villa is well situated for day trips to Florence, Pisa and the beaches of Versilia. Note: the owners reside discreetly in the lower-ground floor of the villa; the garden and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

Interior:

The villa is arranged over two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance from the portico into the living area with TV corner and sofas; kitchen; dining room with access to the panoramic terrace; laundry room; bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and hot tub; Two double bedrooms; Adjacent bathroom with tub.

Park:

The garden includes a lawned area bordered by olive trees, cypresses and fruit trees, with planted beds of herbs and seasonal flowers. An outdoor dining and seating area is located on the paved terrace in front of the house, with a barbecue and a porticoed dining space next to the kitchen. The swimming pool lies in a more secluded part of the garden, reached down a few steps. Parking is located within the fenced property, close to the entrance. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool lies approximately 40 m from the villa and is accessed via two short flights of steps. Rectangular and measuring 12 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.20 m, it is lined in light blue PVC and includes a hydromassage area and Roman steps for access. An adjacent shallow children’s pool measures 12 x 1 m with a depth of 65 cm. The surrounding terracotta-paved solarium is equipped with sunbeds and a gazebo with a table and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Very friendly and helpfull owners Beautiful house with very children-friendly swimmingpool. Updating the kitchen furniture + airco in the kitchen would give it a 10/10. If possible next year we would like to come back.

  • Provision of clean pool towels, ready for use.
  • Availability of fresh towels whenever needed, without having to reuse those already used.

This service provides additional bed and bath linen, in addition to what is already included according to the booking conditions.

First shopping service

This service is designed to make the guests’ experience even more comfortable, providing them with a supply of food and essential items for their stay. It spares guests from having to stop (perhaps after a long journey) to do grocery shopping before arriving at the property.

The service assigns a staff member who will contact the guest directly to collect a personalized shopping list and take care of the purchase.

Price per service: 71.00 €

The requested products will be delivered and arranged in the villa before check-in, so that everything is ready upon arrival.

The cost of the purchased products is not included and must be paid separately at check-in

Baby Amenities

Additional baby cot

This service provides an additional crib beyond the one already available at the property, for guests traveling with infants who need a safe and comfortable place for the baby to sleep.

  • Delivery of a clean, assembled crib complete with bedding.

The crib provided is a travel cot for infants.
