The portico is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners; nearby is a portable barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a brazier with seating around it. Several shaded areas in the garden create cosy and relaxing spaces. Just outside the gate, outside the fenced perimeter, is an uncovered parking area for three cars; close by, a pedestrian gate allows direct access to the first floor of the house. Behind the property is a bocce court.

Swimming Pool:
The private swimming pool is located about 20 m from the villa, on a lower terrace. The surrounding stone solarium is equipped with sunbeds, a gazebo, an umbrella, an outdoor shower and a changing room with bathroom and shower. The pool area is illuminated and remains open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
