Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Rosa is a comfortable house with private swimming pool, a few steps from the center of Bardolino and Lake Garda. Upon entering the house you are greeted by a large living room with an open kitchen and a view of the garden and swimming pool. From the living room there is access to the terrace with awning and a large dining table for pleasant outdoor dinners.

Interior:

The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge - freezer - gas stove - dishwasher and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious lunches and dinners for family and friends. You can enjoy your meals at the modern 8-person dining table in the open kitchen or on the terrace overlooking the garden. From the kitchen there is direct access to the pool area through a sliding glass door. There is also a full bathroom with a shower right next to the entrance on this floor. The living room is air conditioned. The living area consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a comfortable sofa for watching international programs via satellite on the flat-screen TV. A sliding door leads to the terrace, equipped with an awning. Villa Rosa has four bedrooms. There are three doubles and a twin with joynable beds. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a large full bathroom on this floor with a tub with a shower. At the end of the corridor, you reach a corner balcony. Outside the house, on the pool side, there is a small room where the washing machine and a shower are located.

Park:

The property is completely fenced and privacy is protected by a hedge and in the garden you will find the large swimming pool with deckchairs for relaxing. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool measures 9 x 4 m and will be open from 01/05 to 30/09.
