The villa is set over two floors. FIRST FLOOR – Spacious living room with sofa, smart tv and dining area; fully equipped kitchen; bathroom con doccia. The living room opens onto a covered terrace running along two sides of the house, furnished with a dining table. LOWER FLOOR – Opens directly onto the garden and pool area: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms; two twin bedrooms; bathroom with shower. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer; second living area with direct access to the pool; guest bathroom.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a two-level garden connected by steps. A tree-lined driveway leads from the gate to the parking area and villa entrance. A first-floor terrace extends around three sides of the villa, overlooking the garden and lake. The terrace features a dining table, lounge furniture, and a gas barbecue. Steps from the entrance area lead down to the lawn and pool area.

Swimming Pool:
