            The villa, of approximately 700 sq m, extends over three main floors, interspersed with intermediate floors and connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Living area with an open corridor flanked by windows leading to the large living room with sitting area and dining table, and with direct access to the garden and outdoor dining area; kitchen with direct access to the outside; guest bathroom; study with a double sofa bed (1.40 m wide) providing two additional beds; a few steps (7) lead to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower and direct access to a small balcony. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom; bathroom with shower; access to the panoramic terrace; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub. Park:
            The villa is surrounded by a partially fenced park of about 8,000 sq m, dotted with olive and fruit trees. The rear portico is equipped with a seating area and dining table; nearby is a portable barbecue and a traditional grill for arrosticini (traditional skewered meat).  At the end of the driveway leading to the property is a uncovered parking area for three cars. A  garage with space for two cars is also available (the ramp down to the garage is not suitable for sports cars).

Swimming Pool:
                The pool is located at a slightly lower level than the house, accessible down a flight of 6 steps from the terrace. Rectangular with one rounded end, it measures 13.6 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.70 m and is accessible via a metal ladder; it is lined in PVC and equipped with a salt crystal purification system. The surrounding solarium in concrete and lawn is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October
