Large windows allow natural light to fill the main living space on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool and terraces. Centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean essences contribute to an authentic and rejuvenating atmosphere, ideal for moments of peace and well-being. The villa is well positioned for visiting the historic towns and beaches of southern Salento, including Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca.

The villa is arranged over two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living area with kitchen and dining space; two double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower. FIRST FLOOR – One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by approximately 5,000 sqm of fully fenced grounds of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. A shaded outdoor dining area is located just outside the kitchen, with paved terraces and garden areas arranged for relaxation. The property includes five uncovered parking spaces within the grounds. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located approximately 3m from the villa, on the same level as the ground floor. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; lined with PVC; access via steps; saltwater purification system; internal and external lighting; cold-water shower. The surrounding sun deck measures approximately 100 sqm and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
