Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only). Il Nachiro is a modern single-storey villa with a pool, situated with easy reach of the white sandy beaches of Pescoluse. Built using light local stone and featuring traditional vaulted ceilings, the villa is surrounded by a verdant garden with tall pine and olive trees. Furnished for comfort in light coastal colours, this spacious villa comprises a bright open-plan living area with large windows and three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside there are two outdoor dining areas, including a shaded dining patio. A saltwater pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers completes the scene. The layout and flow between indoor and outdoor areas make this villa ideal for a summer stay close to the sea in southern Puglia. Snorkelling, boat trips, seafood restaurants and other coastal activities are all nearby.

Interior:

All rooms are arranged on one floor. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance from the furnished portico into open-plan living area with ornamental fireplace; sitting area, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen; three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower; external laundry room located beside the kitchen, overlooking the second patio furnished for outdoor dining.

Park:

The villa is set within a fully fenced garden planted with native vegetation, pine trees and Mediterranean scrub. On one side of the house, a pine grove offers natural shade and a sheltered parking area. On the opposite side, the infinity pool is framed by paving and lawn. An outdoor dining patio is located near the villa entrance, furnished with table and chairs, alongside a built-in stone barbecue. The second patio is set beside the kitchen and also furnished for dining outdoors. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool lies around 10 m from the villa and is accessed via five stone steps from the portico; rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.40 m; lined in stone-effect PVC; salt purification; internal lighting; access via internal steps. The surrounding sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, tables and umbrellas. A cold-water shower, built into the base of a pine tree, is also available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
