PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Floria is a unique, white villa situated above the coastal town of Santa Maria di Leuca at the southernmost tip of Puglia. The single-level layout includes two double bedrooms and a bright open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining table and lounge space, all connected to the outdoor terrace. Outdoors, the villa features whitewashed arches, local stone walls and shaded areas for outdoor dining and relaxation. Far-reaching views over the sea are visible from the terrace, while the infinity pool and surrounding sun terrace offer a private spot to unwind. The villa is well placed for exploring both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, with easy access to the towns of Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce.

GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area; hallway to two double bedrooms; one bathroom with shower. The laundry is located in a separate external room.

Park:

A partially fenced, paved terrace and olive trees surround the villa. The garden includes a patio adjacent to the pool with a dining area, shaded corners for relaxation, sea views and a stone-built barbecue. A private drive leads to the parking area for two cars. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool lies directly next to the patio. Rectangular in shape; measures 6 x 4 m; constant depth of 1.30 m; lined in sand-coloured PVC; saltwater purification system; hydromassage jets; two wide steps for access. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower with hot water. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October.

No, the property was great. The owner Nicoletta, is very friendly and offers everything your heart desires. She left us champagne, red and white wine with fruits and Italian pastries. She also came during the week and brought us special Italian pastries and an incredibly large burrata that we didn't know. was perfect. best food ever.

There is nothing to improve in Nicoletta's house. We felt very comfortable and knew we could contact her at any time, no matter what. There were also meal vouchers for the restaurant.
