PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Porta Azzurra is a contemporary villa located just inland from the Ionian coast, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and sea views. Built in pale stone and wood with clean architectural lines, the property blends modern design with traditional Apulian materials. Spacious and comfortable, the interiors are arranged across a main villa and an annexe, offering flexibility for families or two groups travelling together. With a total of three bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the annexe lounge, the villa sleeps up to six guests, plus two more on request. Well-equipped for al fresco living, wide glass doors connect the living areas to an outdoor dining space, a barbecue terrace and a pool with sea views. The villa is located between Torre Pali and Pescoluse, with beaches and local shops just a short drive away, and offers easy access to Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce.

Interior:

The property includes a main villa and a separate annex, not internally connected, which span two levels following the terraced morphology of the garden. MAIN VILLA – GROUND FLOOR – Circular stone entrance; Open-plan living area with sitting room, dining space and kitchen; one double bedroom; one twin bedroom with joinable beds; bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have sea views. ANNEX – LOWER FLOOR – Accessed via an external staircase; living area with vaulted stone walls, kitchen and double sofa bed; double bedroom; bathroom with shower. French doors lead to a furnished veranda with direct garden access. A washing machine for both units is located outside the annex.

Park:

The grounds are fully fenced and surrounded by verdant Mediterranean scrub. After the automatic entrance gate, a gravel drive leads to a parking area with space for up to four cars. The grounds are planted with native vegetation including olive trees and myrtle, offering shaded spots for relaxation. A large veranda beside the main living area is equipped with a barbecue and an olive wood dining table with designer chairs. This terrace connects to the pool area and to the annex via a lawn pathway. A practical outdoor shower and a bathroom with a newly fitted shower are also located close by. The elevated position offers partial sea views from several points in the garden. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool is set at the centre of the property, a few steps from the main villa. Rectangular and measuring 8 x 5 m with a uniform depth of 1.40 m; lined in sand-coloured PVC and accessed via five submerged steps; chlorine purification; internal and external lighting. The sunbathing area along the short edge of the pool has non-slip paving and is equipped with sunbeds. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
