PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Guidi is a modern villa situated a short walk away from a sandy beach in Milano Marittima, on the Romagna coast. This white villa is immersed in a verdant garden behind tall maritime pine trees and it spans three levels connected by a lift and stairs. Comfortably accommodating up to ten guests in five bedrooms, the interiors are modern and spacious, with two open-plan living areas, modern kitchens, a private gym and a sauna. Outside, a terrace with comfortable seating and a dining area for al fresco meals awaits. It overlooks the lawn, the outdoor swimming pool and heated hydromassage tub. Within walking distance of the villa is a choice of restaurants, beach clubs and boutiques. With a lively town centre nearby and family attractions such as Mirabilandia and Aquafan within easy reach, Villa Guidi is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Interior:

The villa is arranged over three levels, connected by internal stairs and a lift. GROUND FLOOR - Two bright open-plan living areas, each with lounge, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR - One twin bedroom with joinable beds and en-suite bathroom with shower; three double bedrooms, each with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom – one with a shower, one with a shower and a hydromassage tub, one with a hydromassage tub; furnished terrace of approximately 75 sq m with seating area and garden view. BASEMENT - Fitness area with gym equipment, treadmill and exercise bike, located inside the garage; sauna; laundry room; bathroom with shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden of approximately 1500 sq m, with a lawn and Mediterranean vegetation, including tall maritime pines. In front of the villa, outside the two living areas, is a terrace furnished with a dining table and lounge seating. The lawn extends towards the pool area, where sunbeds are positioned for guest use. Three covered parking spaces and one uncovered space are available within the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located on the lawn a few metres from the outdoor dining and lounge terrace. Rectangular and tiled, it measures 9 x 7.5 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m; it has chlorine purification and wide steps for access to the water. A heated hydromassage tub is integrated within the pool. The surrounding lawn is equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
