PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Laguna is an historic villa near Faenza, originally built as the summer residence of the Counts Camerini in the late 1800s. Set in spacious private grounds and cooled by a sea breeze, the property spans a main villa and annex, with wide terraces, a large pool and a wellness area with a hydromassage tub. Unique in style, the interiors are spacious and include an array of original details including Trani marble floors, vaulted ceilings, frescoed epigraphs on the ground floor and a bedroom that once served as a chapel. The villa now sleeps up to ten guests in five bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, with a large living area and modern kitchen. An adjacent annexe houses a private wellness area with massage rooms, sauna, steam cabin, gym and a whirlpool tub. An al fresco dining area under lime trees and a shaded lounge terrace with garden views complete the scene.

The villa consists of a main villa and a separate annexe. The villa is on two floors connected by a Trani marble staircase. MAIN VILLA – GROUND FLOOR – Two entrances connected by a central hallway; dining area; living room with fireplace; modern kitchen with direct access to the garden; double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; laundry room; cellar with safe compartment. MAIN VILLA – FIRST FLOOR – Three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom (two with shower, one with whirlpool tub and shower); one bedroom includes a king-size bed and ornamental fireplace; one bedroom includes a four-poster bed and walk-in wardrobe. ANNEX – GROUND FLOOR – Used as an Ayurvedic wellness centre; reception area; loft massage cabin for couples on mezzanine level; changing room; sauna; fitness area; Indian steam cabin (swedana); relaxation area with sofa and hydromassage tub for six (heatable on request); two further massage rooms; double bedroom with fireplace; two bathrooms with shower (one ensuite, both without bidet); access to outdoor whirlpool tub for six (heatable on request for an additional fee).

Park:

The grounds of the villa extend over approximately 10,000 sq m and are fully fenced. From the wrought-iron entrance gate, a driveway leads to the main villa, with a lawn parking area nearby for four cars. An additional external area accommodates up to 15 cars, making the property suitable for hosting events. There are large lawn areas and mature trees such as cedars of Lebanon, limes, oaks, yews, poplars, agnus castus and sophora japonica. In front of the villa, a 100 sq m gazebo is furnished with tables, chairs, armchairs and sofas, and features a central chandelier. A second outdoor dining area is located beside the pool under lime trees and is accessed directly from the kitchen via a French door. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool is located at the rear of the villa and is a central feature of the outdoor space. A notable feature is the "Buddha on the water" – a statue representing the head of the Buddha resting on the steps leading to the pool; Rectangular and measuring 16 x 6.5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined in dark grey PVC and edged in black marble; chlorine purification; wide steps for access; internal LED lighting. The large paved sunbathing area includes sunbeds, umbrellas, two gazebos with sail canopies furnished with tables and chairs, and a bar area with built-in seating and low tables. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
