Interior:
The villa, covering an area of approximately 250 sq m, extends over two floors connected by an internal staircase, with bright, welcoming and well-organised spaces. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance into the living room with Smart TV, dining room, kitchen with access to the portico set up as an outdoor dining area; double bedroom with two double beds, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the portico used as an outdoor living area; a guest bathroom and the laundry room complete the floor. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathroom with tub.
Park:
Villa Sparta is located within a olive-growing farm of about 10 hectares spread over a hilly area. The 5,000 sq m park of the villa is partially fenced and features mixed lawns, olive and oak trees, aromatic plants, photinia and paved areas. The outdoor dining area, with a picturesque view of the Faggeta Vetusta dei Monti Cimini, is located on the terrace shaded by the portico and connected to the kitchen; also connected to the kitchen, on another terrace, is the barbecue. In the portion of the garden in front of the villa, on the side of the pool, a portico connected to the double bedroom houses the outdoor living area. The property is accessed through an automatic driveway gate; 20 meters further along is the parking area with four uncovered spaces, located on the same level as the house. The paths in the park invite you to take pleasant strolls during which you may encounter porcupines, badgers, roe deer and a docile family of donkeys. The villa is equipped with external video surveillance, duly signposted in accordance with current regulations.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the villa, about 15 metres away, and can be reached across the garden. Rectangular and measuring 4.40 x 2.20 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m, it is lined in PVC and has a chlorine purification system, night lighting with manual switch and a metal ladder for access to the water. Solarium deck equipped with sunbeds, hot-water shower. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
