A large, panoramic terrace, from where you can admire wonderful sunsets, frames the villa and connects it to the large, lush garden with private pool, a true Eden with equipped areas set up for convivial and relaxing moments. The outdoor kitchen with wood-burning oven and barbecue and the enticing areas equipped for lunches and dinners will prolong your summer days in the open air, before resting in the cosy welcoming interiors. Peacefully immersed in the typical Mediterranean vegetation of the region, where the olive tree has been for millennia the main source of wealth for the production of the renowned "taggiasca" quality of extra virgin olive oil, Villa Vittorio is a few kilometres equidistant from the beaches and the renowned resorts of the coast, as well as from the characteristic borghi in the narrow valleys of the Imperia hinterland. Imperia, thanks to its particular geographical position, comparable to a south-facing amphitheatre, sheltered from the cold northern winds by the Alps and the northern Apennines, is the top Italian resort in terms of climatic well-being. An ideal holiday destination in all seasons of the year which will satisfy every kind of expectation and desire, from beach life at the sea, to hiking activities in the hinterland, to exploring the old medieval borghi or, simply, to searching for the region's food and wine products, including the fine red wines "Pornassio" and "Ormeasco".

Interior:

The property develops on the first floor. An external stone staircase of 25 steps from the garden and a path from the parking area lead to the front door. At the entrance is a hallway with a guest bathroom with washing machine and a room with shower stall. Continuing on, you come to a large open-plan area with a large, bright living room with the double sofa bed and the brick fireplace, dining area and kitchenette. The living area leads on to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a large bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. A large terrace extends around the entire structure and is accessible from every room.

Park:

A paved driveway leads from the parking area, dominated by a large fig tree next to a beautiful well, to the large, fully fenced garden of about 3,000 sq m. The result of a shrewd mind in botanical architecture, the garden extends over two mostly flat levels, adorned here and there with dry stone walls, crossed by paths and stone steps between large areas of well-kept lawn with pretty flower beds, large pots and beautiful amphorae. It is partly planted with olive groves with centuries-old trees, but most surprising is the large variety of plants and flowers with no shortage of lush bushes of native aromatic plants, oleanders, flower and fruit trees, palms, aloes, laurel hedges and magnificent cascades of bougainvillea that adorn and surround the villa. Next to the large infinity pool is a lovely gazebo equipped with table and chairs to provide shade and refreshment on the long sunny summer days. On the upper level, the garden integrates with the large terrace surrounding the villa with outdoor kitchen, wood-burning oven and barbecue with nearby table and chairs for the inevitable outdoor summer banquets. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The rectangular swimming pool, measuring 12 x 5 m with a maximum depth of 140 cm, is lined in light blue PVC and has internal lighting and beautiful Roman steps for access to the water,offering a good level of privacy. Stone paving separates the pool from the large lawn, with the perimeter illuminated by spotlights which, together with the lighting inside the pool, create magical nocturnal atmospheres. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa Vittorio is located on the border between the municipalities of Dolcedo and Imperia, 2.5 and 7 km away respectively. It is easily reached by car, just 1,4 km from the Imperia Ovest motorway exit, while the train station, located in the centre of Imperia, is 13 km from the villa. The nearest supermarket in Imperia (Penny) is 4.5 km away. The nearby coast of the Riviera dei Fiori is characterised by large, sandy beaches, often interspersed with cliffs and long rocky stretches, just like all Ligurian beaches. Well worth a visit are: Imperia, 7 km away, the provincial city of the Riviera dei Fiori, rich in history and with beautiful views of the sea; Cervo, 21 km away, a picturesque town on top of a hill, renowned for its typical medieval layout and embellished with spectacular Baroque and Romanesque buildings; Sanremo, the City of Flowers and the Festival, full of prestigious buildings and world-renowned for its Casino; Ventimiglia, a border town with some of the most interesting religious architecture in the region, including the Cathedral of the Assumption and the Church of San Michele. Although it is a coveted seaside tourist destination, the entire province is dotted with small villages that are true gems of history, nature and architecture: the closest is Dolcedo, just 2 km away, with its scenic Ponte Grande with magnificent pointed arch that caresses the palaces with its gaze, witness to ancient splendours. Also surprising is the Baroque Church of San Tommaso, whose interior is a triumph of gilded stucco on blue-painted walls. Nearby, just 5 km away, is Prelà with its mills, two-arched stone bridge and the old church of San Giovanni Battista del Groppo. Not to be missed is Valloria, just 9 km away, renowned for its wooden doors painted by artists from all over the world and for the curious Museum of Forgotten Things. Among the most famous tourist centres in the immediate hinterland is the medieval borgo of Taggia, 26 km away; Bussana Vecchia 29 km away, renowned as the Ligurian village of artists; Triora, 54 km away, a town famous for its legends about witches; Dolceacqua, 59 km away, with its magnificent Doria Castle that can be accessed by crossing a spectacular bridge over the Nervia river and, finally, Apricale, 60 km away, rightfully included among the most beautiful villages in Italy and known especially for the castle of the Lizard
