Description:

RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. The apartment is in a building in the historic centre of Sirmione, just a few steps from Lake Garda, with the enchanting beach "Lido delle Bionde" (Lido of the Blondes), and from the spa "Catullo" with the wellness centre "Aquaria", open all year round, with outdoor thermal pools for total relaxation. Close to the apartment are various types of restaurants: from the Michelin-star restaurant to the typical tavern and pizzeria (there is a restaurant in the building below the apartment, with the possibility of cooking classes and personal chef, as extra services). Sirmione is the ideal place for shopping as well: there are many clothing and accessories stores selling prestigious, made in Italy, brands. The centre of Sirmione is also rich in culture and history, with places of considerable importance such as the Scaligero Castle, the Grottoes of Catullo and the church of San Pietro in Mavino dating back to the Lombard period. From the large terrace of the apartment, provided with a 4-person Jacuzzi tub, sunbeds and umbrella, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake to the west with its unforgettable sunsets. Just a few kilometres away are the historical town centres of Desenzano del Garda, Peschiera del Garda and Salò as well as cities like Verona, Brescia and Mantua.

Your Emma Villas Customer service is LUCA PERINI and you can reach him for any emergencies, or further information you may required during your stay. All useful telephone numbers will be sent together with your booking documents.

Interior:

The apartment occupies the first floor of the building and is reached via an internal staircase. The entrance door opens directly onto the living/dining/kitchen area; a hallway leads to the bathroom with hydromassage tub and the double bedroom. The living/dining/kitchen area leads out to the terrace with 4-person Jacuzzi tub and lake view (available from April to October). There is a double sofa bed in the living room.

Park:

On the private terrace of the apartment facing the lake is a 4-person Jacuzzi tub (available from April to October); this tub has a diameter of 1.80 m, is lined in eco-leather and is equipped with LED chromo therapy. The Jacuzzi tub can be heated and has also a night cover and is available from the last saturday of April to the second saturday of October. Next to the pool is a shower. The flooring around the tub and solarium area is parquet; the area is equipped with sunbeds, small table and umbrella. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Location and distances


The villa is located on the Sirmione peninsula, in the southern part of Lake Garda, right in the historic town centre, which has all main services such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, banks, post office; about 500 m away is the beach and its beautiful lido, with both free and paying areas, and just outside the walls of the Scaligero Castle is the port, with the possibility of being taken for relaxing motorboat trips (a motorboat belonging to the property is available as an extra service for trips and excursions on the lake). The property is 8.6 km from the A4 Milan-Venice motorway exit of Sirmione; just a few metres away you can take a ferry to visit all the most beautiful little towns on the lake. The nearest railway station is at Desenzano del Garda, just 10 km away. In the vicinity are cities such as Brescia (43 km), Verona (45 km - during the summer a major event, the Festival Lirico dell’Arena, is held), Venice (156 km), Milan (142 km), Mantua (66 km). The motorway will take you quickly and easily to the Franciacorta Outlet and the Franciacorta area well known for the wine of the same name. For golf lovers the Chervò Golf club is just 13 km away and for water sports fans there are many important sailing centres in the area which offer sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing courses.

The property was nicely situated overlooking the lake and was convenient for local restaurants and bars. The greatest aspect of the experience was the attentiveness and hospitality of Nicole and his team. We truly were made to feel very special and guests of his own home !

The location is very good, it had a good view on the lake and it was furnished properly. And although the very center of Sirmione during night it was still quiet. There is an excellent restaurant at the ground floor and next door an outstanding bath.

WEEKLY RENTALS:
The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

SHORT STAYS and NON-WEEKLY STAYS:
For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

WEEKLY RENTALS NON SAT - SAT STAYS:
Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.

The booking requests for one week stay during July and August are subject to approval.

  • electricity (€ 40,00/week in low - may - medium season - € 60,00/week in high season), tourism tax (€ 1,50 per person per day for the first 10 days. The final price of the reservation includes the Insurance Policy for Cancellation of Stay. You can cancel and be reimbursed in the event of:
  • objectively and unambiguously documentable motivations of health or work and not foreseeable at the time of booking
  • Covid-19 infections (new)
  • a terrorist attack that has struck the place of stay (new)

STAY CANCELLATION GUARANTEE DUE TO LOCKDOWN - by Emma Villas (Included in the price) The final price of the reservation includes also the special coverage, guaranteed by Emma Villas, in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of at least one of the following Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the competent authorities:
  • national lockdown in Italy;
  • local lockdown in Italy regarding the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation);
  • national lockdown in your country of residence;
  • Italian local lockdown in the Client's Municipality or area of residence..

HEALTH ASSISTANCE INSURANCE POLICY - by EuropAssistance (Optional) +1,5% of the rental price Not only cancellation policies, but also protection during your stay. You can choose to purchase this policy in the event you should, for the duration of your stay, want coverage for:
  • Healthcare with Operations Centre 24/7;
  • Vehicle Assistance to and from the place of stay and for the entire duration of your holiday; (zona "rossa" o impossibile da raggiungere a causa di restrizioni ufficiali alla libera circolazione);
  • Healthcare for family members left at home;
  • Reimbursement of medical expenses;
  • Repeat Trip Guarantee that reimburses the unused portion without deductible in the case of medical return home or early return home.

COVID-19 EXTRA POLICY - by EuropAssistance (Optional) 40€ each reservation To protect against any risks caused by the Covid-19 emergency, you can purchase the Covid-19 Extra Policy which protects you in the event that you or one of your travel companions are forced to extend your stay or are unable to complete it. In the event of consequences related to the pandemic that occur during your stay, if you sign up to this policy, you can request the following services:
  • Return home;
  • Advance for expenses for basic necessities;
  • Guarantee for extra medical expenses;
  • Extended stay guarantee;
  • Hospitalisation allowance;
  • Travel fee reimbursement.

ZER0DEP COVER - by EuropAssistance (Mandatory) 49€ each reservation The new "Zer0Dep" guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is an insurance coverage developed in partnership with EuropAssistance which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are protected in the case of eventual damage to the property caused accidentally during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1500 euro);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;

"EMMA", OUR NEW APP FOR SMART SERVICE Furthermore, from spring 2021, all our properties will be supported by Emma, a multifunctional Web-App, developed in partnership with Vikey s.r.l., that will allow you to implement:
  • online check-in (entering the required details that you did not enter when booking);
  • payment of tourist tax (where due) and eventual flat-rate payments requested (eg electricity, heating, extra cleaning for animals, etc.);
  • the purchase of additional services, hospitality (extra cleaning, in-house chef, first grocery shopping, etc.) and experiences (food and wine tours, guided tours, etc.)
