PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Completely surrounded by the green countryside, Casa Angela is the ideal place for close contact with nature, engendering a sense of well-being. Renovated and furnished in a style rich in details and solutions that delineate the taste and sophistication of the owners. Dominated by elegant shades of white, the furniture has been positioned in such a way as to emphasize the natural light of the house, enhanced by sophisticated lighting accessories. Each corner of the house has been studied and designed with essential shapes and sizes in order to render every space warm and cosy. Exposed wooden beams and ceiling bricks and light-coloured porcelain floor tiles in all the ground floor rooms are the main finishing touches of the house, practical and essential. The atmosphere is dictated by a tranquillity of times past, the ideal place for a perfect holiday.

CASA ANGELA HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A CHECK-UP BY A TECHNICAL RESPONSIBLE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON, TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF THE DESCRIPTION, ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THIS PAGE AND THEIR PRESENT STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE, TO GUARANTEE QUALITY, CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTS TO ALL CLIENTS WHO WILL STAY HERE.

Interior:

On the ground floor of the double-storey Casa Angela is a living room with attached dining room, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a storage room set up as a laundry. An internal staircase leads up to the top floor comprising the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one with a large terrace overlooking the pool, a cosy sitting area and a bathroom with tub serving both rooms.

Park:

The property is surrounded by an incompletely-enclosed, 1.5 hectare park with automatic entrance gate. The park is dotted with various types of bushes and plants, hedges and tall trees while the area around the house is planted with grass. All the ground floor rooms have direct access to the large, recently built portico, furnished with table and chairs and a conversation corner with sofas for pleasant relaxing outdoor moments. The house overlooks a breathtaking hill panorama. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located on a lower level with respect to the house and is reached via a small flight of 6 steps. Situated in a panoramic position overlooking the surrounding hills, it is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October. Rectangular-shaped, it measures 5 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m. It is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification and internal lighting for the evening. The 65 sq m solarium area is paved in wood and is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and an outdoor hot-water shower.

The house is set in a pleasant location, 15 minutes from the sea. It is just 1 km from Monte Urano, an important historical locality, noteworthy for the footwear industry in continual expansion that has made the small town one of the major production centres of the entire Piceno territory. The whole area offers the unforgettable opportunity of sampling the best food and wine of the Marche, rich in history and splendour. The medieval remains seen in the town are typical of the villages in the Marche hinterland. The main services are all in Monte Urano; the nearest railway station and motorway exit are in Porto Sant'Elpidio. At only 45 minutes drive from the property you can reach one of the most important golf club of the region. The seaside that develops around Porto Sant'Elbidio is well known for its numerous marine activities and services.

OWNERS! Great, genuine, warm family, taking care in a very balanced, optimal way. Very hospitable. We ahve received many good advices and tips. The family also owns fatanstic restaurant ( the mother is a chef) - actually in our view the best restaurant in neighbourhood. Excellent food but also incedible taste in terms of lifestyle and interriour design. Hause is equiped in top way. Great landscape.

WEEKLY RENTALS:
The standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. In this case it is possible to send a request or to directly book online.

SHORT STAYS and NON-WEEKLY STAYS:
For some periods it is possible to make shorter stays STARTING FROM 5 NIGHTS (periods highlighted in grey on the calendar). For some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas. One of our booking operators will answer the clients within 24 hours.

WEEKLY RENTALS NON SAT - SAT STAYS:
Exclusively for the periods marked in grey on the calendar, it will be possible to book different periods, rather than the regular Saturday - Saturday (for instance: check-in Wednesday - Check-out Wednesday). Also in this case, for some properties it is possible to book online, for other properties it is possible to send a booking request, which will be subject to acceptance by Emma Villas within 24 hours.

The booking requests for one week stay during July and August are subject to approval.
