Interior:
The villa is arranged over a single floor. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance into open-plan living area with lounge, dining space and kitchen; French windows lead directly to the garden and outdoor dining terrace. A retractable steel staircase leads to a small loft studio with antique furnishings. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one twin bedroom with joinable beds; small loft with two single beds accessed via ladder. A second bathroom with shower and a laundry area complete the layout. Both main bedrooms have French windows opening onto the garden.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by fully fenced private grounds of approximately 4000 sq m, stretching between Acquaviva Picena and Monteprandone. It is planted with cherry, hazelnut, peach and olive trees, as well as oaks, aromatic shrubs and flowering plants. A natural well feeds the automatic irrigation system. In front of the kitchen is a terrace with a wood-burning oven, built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area. Two parking spaces are located near the main entrance gate, and a second gated area provides additional parking for up to four cars.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located next to the villa, with panoramic views over the hills, the Adriatic coast and the Apennine mountains; rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.35 m; access is via a five-step staircase; the pool is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification; the surrounding solarium is partly lawned and partly paved, and is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; the area is lit with internal and external lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
