Interior:
The property consists of a main building and a pool house. The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, TV/sitting room with ornamental fireplace, dining room and kitchen. These last two rooms have direct access out to the portico. The ground floor is completed by a twin bedroom with joinable beds, served by a bathroom with shower. This room also has direct access to both the garden and the garage, inside which is the laundry room. A wooden staircase in the living area leads up to the first floor with the sleeping area composed of four double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an extra single bed in the loft. This floor is completed by three bathrooms with shower. The annex is located on the second terracing with respect to the house, on the same level as the swimming pool, and consists of a small sitting room furnished with sofas and a kitchenette. Not connected but attached to it, with independent access, are two changing rooms with two bathrooms with shower.
Park:
The property covers an area of about one hectare spread over three terracings. A portico in front of the dining room is, set up for outdoor dinings. The garden is completed by fruit trees together with oaks, acacias and olive trees. On the third terracing of the park is a synthetic tennis court. It can be reached by continuing along the path next to the pool house.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, is located about 50 meters from the property on a lower terrace, accessible via a stone staircase. It is rectangular in shape, measuring 14 x 7 meters, with a variable depth from 1.30 m to 4 m. The pool has a chlorine filtration system, an internal PVC lining, and access via submerged steps and a metal ladder, or alternatively from a diving board. The stone-paved sunbathing area measures about 300 square meters and is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The adjacent pool house features a small sitting area, a kitchenette, and two changing rooms, each equipped with a bathroom and shower.

Tennis-court:
On the third terracing of the park is a multipurpose synthetic tennis court. It can be reached by continuing along the path next to the pool house.
