Interior:
Trullo Magnifico comprises a main building (trullo) of 130 sq m and an annex of 30 sq m, both on the same level and connected by a stone path. There are also several fruit trees, including almonds, and a natural pergola covered with table grapevines. Adjacent to the pool is a vegetable garden offering fresh seasonal produce. Private parking for three cars is located near the entrance, beneath the steps leading to the villa. A stone path connects the parking area to both the main trullo entrance, via a few steps, and the annex, surrounded by flowers and plants.

Swimming Pool:
The rectangular swimming pool can be reached along a stone walkway across the lawn. Measuring 12 x 5 m with a depth of 1.50 m, it is lined with mosaic tiles and features Roman steps and a side ladder for access and has salt purification, internal and external lighting. The surrounding solarium is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and a pergola. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
