In 2022, after careful renovation work, the current owner of this splendid property which takes its name from his mother Bellina, has decided to dedicate this new creation to welcoming guests who are looking for the authenticity of the Apulian countryside, surrounded by contemporary furnishings and spaces of absolute value. The villa, few meters away from the infinity pool, has been designed to ensure maximum comfort and well-being in the interior, and thanks to the direct accesses to the surrounding park guaratee a constant communication. Classic elegance, refined design and a state- of-the-art ultragreen air conditioning system are the prevailing elements that distinguish all the rooms of the house dominated by the parquet present in all the bedrooms. Equipped with an electric car charging column (the service is on payment), the villa is located one kitometer away from the renowned "White City" of Ostuni and just 14 kilometres from the beaches of Villanova and Costa Merlata, but also a little more than half an hour away from unmissable tourist destinations such as trulli of Alberobello and Polignano a Mare. The fairly central geographical position of Villa Bellina is also within easy reach destinations such as Bari, Matera and Lecce.

Interior:

The entrance to this single-floor villa leads into the bright living area with TV and sofas and an impressive sitting room dominated by an elegant table. These rooms are connected to both the kitchen, which leads to the laundry room and a bathroom with shower, and to the sleeping area which is accessed by descending two steps. The sleeping area consists of a twin bedroom served by a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The entire villa has a sophisticated ceiling air-conditioning system, with automatic air/dehumidification control of the individual bedrooms. The system is water-powered with radiant panels and can be controlled remotely. The sanification of the rooms is done with ultraviolet rays and requires replacement of the filters every 6 months.

Park:

Once past the entrance gate, one crosses a long drive of holm oaks and pines that the property shares with another villa that stands next door but further down the valley. Villa Bellina appears enwrapped in a green oasis: 800 square metres of garden laid out on the same level as the villa and designed to guarantee a view from every corner. On one side of the park is a strip of land with additional pine trees that frame a private reading area with benches, a lovely portico with furnished veranda, and a typical wood-burning oven located few meters away from the kitchen. On the opposite side, occupying 700 sq metres of lawn and close to the swimming pool, is an amazing green oasis complete with gazebo equipped with lights, table and chairs. The property is completed by an outdoor parking area with an electric car charging column (on payment) located in front of the villa. The property is fenced for the most part with 1.20 m high netting, and partly with drywall (about 70 cm high in the lowest part, and therefore not suitable for the safety of pets). Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The salt-water infinity pool, purified by salt, is located in the north-east side of the property, about 30 m from the villa and can be reached on foot along a path in Trani stone across the lawn. Rectangular and measuring 5 x 10 m with a depth of 1.40 m, the pool is made of shaved concrete and has a hydromassage system on both sides, internal steps for easy access to the water and an electric cover. The surrounding solarium, paved in Trani stone, is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and a gazebo shading a living area with table and chairs. Aso available is a hot and cold-water shower. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Ostuni was built on a small hill at an altitude of 218 m above sea level. Its whitewashed houses served to repel the summer heat but also created a unique atmosphere. The city is visible from afar: a white pearl standing out against the green and blue horizon and, not surprisingly, this characteristic has earned it the name of "White City". Located in the famous Itria Valley close to the South Murgia, Ostuni is characterised by lame, cracks gouged by ancient streams, and gravine, ravines or depressions of karst origin. A seaside resort of major tourist interest, Ostuni has on several occasions been a destination worthy of the Blue Flag and Five Sails of Legambiente, awards that guarantee tourists and investors from all over the world. Ostuni, in addition to having a characteristic historic centre full of typical restaurants, souvenir shops and local crafts, is the ideal place to plan excursions to the most well-known and renowned destinations. The proximity to State Road 379 allows you to reach the Baroque city of Lecce (76 km) to the south, and the romantic town of Polignano a Mare (49 km) to the north. The hinterland is equally within easy reach whether you want to visit Matera or the trulli of Alberobello.
