It borders other properties, but privacy is ensured by evergreen hedges that surround it. Designed with a green and eco-sustainable vision in mind, it features unique elements: the beds made of recycled steel were created by young designers from Amsterdam, the upholstery for the living and outdoor areas was designed by a local textile designer using sustainable fabrics, and the solar panels ensure energy efficiency. Its location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches and coves along the coast, making it the ideal destination for a vacation immersed in nature.

Interior:

Casa Moros is developed on the ground floor, covering an area of approximately 95 mq. GROUND FLOOR – Open space, directly connected to the equipped portico through a glass door, which hosts the living room and the kitchen; a night area with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers and views of the garden, and one twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The laundry room is located in the basement.

Park:

A 650 sqm green lawn garden on flat terrain frames Casa Moros. Directly accessible from the living room, it features the equipped portico with a lounge area and dining table, as well as the pool with a sunbathing area. Enhanced by olive trees, it ensures privacy with evergreen hedges surrounding the entire perimeter. To complete the property, there are three uncovered parking spaces at the rear, within the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located on flat terrain just a few steps from the portico. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 m x 4 m and has a depth of 1.40 m. Lined with PVC, it has access via 5 submerged steps and is equipped with internal changing lights. It is further enhanced by two water cascades that can be activated via a remote control. The water is disinfected through electrolysis, resulting in soft, low-chlorine water. Wood-effect sunbathing are with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
